In November of this company put a new roof on the front of my houseI discovered they did not replace any of the cracked wood underneath the roofOver the last few years the shingles have started coming loose and there are visible sunken spots on the roofThey did not put metal around the chimney and those shingles have come up resulting in the possibility of leakingI have contacted the owner of the company, Dennis [redacted] , on two separate occasions and he promised to come out and look at it both times but has never showed up

I contracted RSGC to install new siding with new plywood, new gutters, repair/ replace any damaged wood, cover all wood to provide maintenance free care, and install a new metal roofThe roof required the two layers of shingles to be torn offThis is codeAfter discovering that the shingles were not removed I was told by the salesman that "codes are just guidelines"He refuses to correct the problemThe rest of the work was poorly "finished" throughoutThe salesman also changed his contract to appear that I agreed to no tear-off of shinglesMy copy shows otherwiseHe left saying that he would file a lien on my house the next day and would start foreclosure proceedingsI have acquired and attorney

RSGC (Dennis P.) found me on a local buy sell trade siteMessaged me and I provided my phone numberHe called and came out weeks later to give me an insurance estimateHe at that time said he could offer me a metal roof for the same price as 3d shingles and would accept what monies my insurance would pay for all needed repairsThese repairs included roofing a house, garage, gazebo and suring up 20xstorage building that bowed on its foundation leg postNo roof for that building as I was not claiming that roofHe requested that I send a copy of my insurance paperwork via email and that he would message me upon receiving it to advise a price and date for repairBefore leaving he showed me a chain with coin sized metal examples of metal roofing and ask that I choose my colorI chose a standard stock color
Upon receiving my insurance papers through email he calledHe would need to work with the adjuster to get more money as the monies in the paperwork would not be acceptable
