Roofing Specialist

Review: installed a roof on my house and it started to leak, called to report issue, has not returned my calls. Had insurance adjust look at issue, informed the job was not done correctly when installed. Sent certified letter to contract and it came back as moved.Desired Settlement: I would like it fixed and correctly installed.

Review: This company replaced our roof with a written 20 year guarantee on the material and workmanship. The material is failing and the underlayment is falling apart. I contacted Mr. Michels many times to come and fix his work, but to no avail.Desired Settlement: Replace roof

Review: On March 6 we had a storm here with very high winds and my roof started to leak. I called aforementioned business and he came over to fix the roof on 3/13/13. The roof continues to leak and he is no where to be found. I have called on many occasions and he never returns my call. I have since hired someone else to finish the roof the right way. I paid this company $800.00 for a shabby job. Of course, I would like my money back, but mostly to prevent him from doing this to someone else.Desired Settlement: Just want to prevent someone else from hiring this company.
