I have spoken with the customerI never saw this as it went to spamI have an engineer coming out to advise how to put back the incorrect tile the customer wants back onThe nails will void the warranty to the new flat roofI advised the customer not to put the decorative trim tile on because
the tile is meant to be fastened to steep slope roofing not flat roofingI am working on the solution with the engineers at Durolast

I came out the day after we spoke on the phoneI used my drone to take video and still shotsI ordered the term bar and drip edge metal and it is set to arrive from shipping next weekWe are set to go out next week when the materials arrive

I found this business on the Revdex.com website. My initial contact was answered by a human not voice mail. The contact was indeed, kind, courteous and professional. I had a tile roof problem, and I needed the repair done promptly as my house was in the process of being sold. Amazingly I was scheduled for next day service! The owner himself came, he arrived in a professional truck with roofing supplies, company signage, dressed in company logo attire looking like a pro. He listened to my layman description of the problem then we physically reviewed the area needing repair. He communicated the remedy that was needed to repair the roof to a sound condition in addition I got a free education about tile roofs. The requested repair was made with materials from his well stocked truck also a courtesy he secured suspect tiles,sealed and painted the roof vents and pipes to match each other as well as the tiles. I feel very blessed with the experience I had using Roofing Specialist of San Diego.

Roofing Specialists of San Diego were extremely responsive and quickly arranged for an estimate to be made and processed. Work started immediately. The onsite roofers were professionals and extremely skilled in roofing repairs. The repair job was finished in one morning. They arrived early, worked fast and skillfully. Cleanup was meticulous. Highly recommended for all roofing needs!!!
