J. Montes Roofing has successfully completed two roof rebuilds for us. They have in timely and professional manner performed contract agreements in the areas of estimates, labor and material.

Very pleased with our J Montes roofing job. From the estimate with Jeremy, to working with the project manager John and the office support from Heather they were a pleasure to work with. The roofing crew of 5 was very hard working. They put in long hours-started early and worked until late. Their clean-up was top notch. No shingles, debris or nails left behind. Very impressive. Highly recommend J Montes roofing company.

We interviewed and received quotes from four roofing companies, two of them we found through *** including J Montes. Jeremy, hands down, won us over completely on his initial visit to our home. His thorough estimate addressed every issue and provided a solution to a home inspection we had done on the roof prior. His price, reasonable and mid range of the four quotes we had received. John, the project manager, was very knowledgeable and kept us abreast of all issues they encountered while doing the roofing work. The team, including Heather in the office, kept us up to date with phone calls and emails. All were very responsive to our every concern. Highly recommend J Montes to anyone. Our new roof is beautiful and finally our home is bone dry!

We are people of a few words, with that said. Our project was a 100 year old Manor house formyl a 5 star B&B in Southeastern Virginia. Firstly, from requesting of an estimate to a finished job we are satisfied on several points. First, the estimator was timely and thorough in sizing up the project, totally professional. Secondly, the craftmanship and cleanliness displayed by the crew was second to none. The project was completed within a few days. Last, the price; J. Montes Roofing system was not cheap, in light of the meticulousness nature of the project we believe the cost to be fair and reasonable. We do and would recommend J. Montes Roofing Systems to anyone.

I don't know what else I could add after reading the many reviews below. I would add that this is my investment property in VA Beach and I reside upstate NY. All arrangements were made for the roof install via phone conversations with Heather before hand, and John, the job site manager the day of install for inspection and payment. Everyone was extremely informative and courteous. The roof was installed a couple of hours earlier than expected and I arrived in town a little late, *** was waiting curbside and explained everything, provided warranty packet, and accepted payment. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the gouging that occurs up north here. I would use this company again, if I ever needed any roofing, gutter, etc. work in the future.

Roof replacement, the job was done professionally with constant contact to ensure happiness. Was referred by a friend and would definitely hire them again.

Everyone that I dealt with at JMontes was great! The job was completed as scheduled and the crew left the house and yard spotless. Site Supervisor John was present to provide updates throughout the day.

I dealt with Heather, the office Manager to John the project manager and the wonderful roofers who gave us a beautiful new roof. I was treated like a valued customer with much respect from all who work here. The roofing crew worked like a "fine oiled machine" from start to finish. The roofers started on a Friday when the weather was beautiful and 70 degrees. Of course, only in Tidewater, the next day would be 38 degrees and raining, but, lo and behold, they were back to finish the job. They are all very pleasant folks to work with!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof, you will not be disappointed.

The J Montes Roofing System Company is a very professional company that I would recommend without a second thought. This company is very knowledgeable about there product and it's a company you can trust. They kept us informed about everything tht was going on. There price were reasonable and there workmanship was excellent.

I only interviewed firms that used high-quality roof systems and that had received excellent reviews. I met with *** Montes at my house and he thoroughly explained the materials they would be using and how the job would be carried out. Since he was familiar with homes in my neighborhood, he was able to print a quote and leave it with me that day. He was responsive when I called with a few questions. Then I was put in touch with Heather, who scheduled the job and provided regular communications throughout as the day of the job approached. A couple of days before the job I was contacted by John, the project manager. John explained the way things would go to complete the job. The morning of the job, John was on site with the materials the crew would need to start. The crew then showed up and got to work. They worked well together it was obvious they had done a lot of jobs together. They worked until 9 pm the came back the next morning and completed the job by 11 am. A roof replacement results in a lot of stuff (old shingles and underpayment, and hundreds of nails) falling in the yard and flowerbeds. When the crew completed the cleanup, however, you couldn't tell they had been there except for the beautiful, new roof!

I am happy to provide this review because J Montes, Inc delivered the product they promised at a price that beat the other firms I interviewed. In one week, I have already recommended them to two people that saw their sign in my yard and asked me about them. If you need roof work, you won't go wrong with J Montes.
