I have tried multiple times to resolve this with [redacted].  The first time I went out I did an exterior inspection of the skylights - they were installed properly and flashed properly.  The second time I went out I did an interior inspection of the skylights - the framing was in place and...

This has issue has been resolved with the homeowner.  We had met with the homeowner in person prior to receiving this notification.  We reviewed the paper work with the homeowner and there was a miscalculation between the insurance paper work and what was on the contract. The...

“additional work” that was billed were supplements that were paid by the insurance company.  This is no cost to the homeowner.    As per Johnson County code we are required to install Ice and Water Shield.  Insurance will not pay for that until we provide proof of installation. The homeowner stated that we were trying to charge them for “installing a roof on a two-story home when it is actually a one-story ranch home.”  This is incorrect.  The insurance company was who added that item onto the insurance claim, not us.  The house slopes to a second story.    We apologize, for any delays.  With all the hail damage during the spring suppliers were running behind delivering orders and unfortunately out of our control.     Unfortunately living in the Midwest acts of god can cause property damage no matter the type of warranty or roof system that is installed.  We cannot prevent or guarantee that these acts will not happen even one day after our crew is done with the job.  We would be happy to help you again!
