Mr***, I do not accept your complaint either. I don't have the time to sit here and go back and forth with you because you are bored or lonely. If you are going to litigate, litigate. If not, find another route. In reference to your complaint rejection: Wow. That too is an interesting statement. I find it amusing that you don't remember our calls. Oh, by the way, all of our calls, including all that are on mobile devices are recorded with this little application called automatic call recorder (ACR if you aren't familiar with it), for just this purpose. It appears that the only liar here is on the *** side. We will not be bullied by you or your family. We will not allow you or your family to attempt to tarnish our reputation with falsities. Funny thing, you made all of these allegations publicly on the Revdex.com but, when I refuted them with documentary proof, PROOF NOT ALLEGATIONS, you did not mention any of it. All you did was get offended over the fact that I called you out on your crapAll I can say is were ready when you are. Enjoy the ride. Its gonna get a little bumpy over at *** when *** finds out about your lack of truth and veracity in a public forum. I can forward the recordings to your email if you want? Either way, you are lying and I can prove it with recordings. What can you prove? That Mrs*** is mistaken? That you're being lied to by someone else? That maybe this time you didn't do your homework before you came at me all half cocked? Here is the links we just discussed. Let me know how it turns out. I am here in my office, where you could have come times now. But in stead of correcting an issue, you made it worse. I was kind to June ***. I did favors for June ***. I visited with her numerous times at her request. Never complained about the 1hr min trip or the gas or what other lucrative projects I had to put aside to help her. But hey, what do I know. Good luck ***. I am sorry you have to go through this and will wind up embarrassed at the end, but this is your call. Speaking of calls, before you try and smear my name further with falsities: Texas Penal Code states that phone call recordings are a "one-party consent" lawTexas makes it a crime to intercept or record any "wire, oral, or electronic communication" unless one party to the conversation consents and I, *** ***, Owner of Roofing Professionals of Texas am that one party. So, let the chips fall where they may. *** *** Cordially, *** ***, President Roofing Professionals of Texas *** *** *** *** *** ***

Mr. [redacted], you, and I both know you are lying.  YOU PERSONALLY where there for the entire event, so every single word you posted was a lie.  You even demanded that we roof your home in the rain on EASTER SUNDY, again contradicting your lies.  And then YOU PERSONALLY created a false...

claim about the installation alleging that the materials THAT YOU PERSONALLY signed for from the manufacturer was repurposed or used.  YOU PERSONALLY stood in the yard watching us unwrap every package and install them on your roof.  YOU PERSONALLY filed a false complaint so that you can shirk your responsibility in paying us, which is exactly what you did. That you are no longer with your ex, is not my problem.  Pay the money you owe and it will be removed. Until then, you will not be able to use this or any other platform to threaten me, bully me or otherwise force me into doing anything at all whatsoever, short of expose you to the entire state of Texas as a fraud and convicted sexual predator of children.  So, on November 21, 2002 when you were convicted of raping a little girl and sentenced to 4 years in prison, it is safe to assume that you know the system pretty well and that this isn’t the first time you have scammed and skirted the system, a system put in place to prevent predators like you, from taking advantage of good, wholesome Texans.  All one has to do is research Jason [redacted] in the Texas Department of Corrections, Sexual Predator listing and viola!!!  Up comes your smiling face and all of the laundry list of sex offenses you have.  Or you can look at Huntsville State Penitentiary and query your name.  Again, up comes your smiling face (you are actually smiling..)!!!  With that said, YOU PERSONALLY (not your ex) created this mess.  YOU PERSONALLY threatened my staff with GREAT BODILY HARM so that we could not come back on the property and collect what you owe, let alone pick up a our sign.  YOU PERSONALLY chose the color roof installed.  YOU PERSONALLY rejected the first delivery and asked, no begged us to upgrade you and bill YOU PERSONALLY.  You owe us money.  You wont pay.  I used a professional collections agency to make you pay.  Now you want it to stop?  Should of thought of that when you chose to scam me.    If Mr. [redacted] wants to discuss this in person he can do so, as he has all of our office addresses and all of the paperwork with our information on it too, our office is published on this site and MANY OTHERS.      Notice, Mr. [redacted] didn’t say that at any point that he called us.  Nor did he say he showed up at our office.  He didn’t because he knows this entire diatribe is FALSE and meant to discredit a legitimate business.  Mr. [redacted], I am here at my office anticipating the arrival of your first visit EVER you in reference to this matter.  Let alone a phone call.  Mr. [redacted] simply uses this platform and the others like it to skirt the system.  I am transparent to any and all state and federal agencies as I report to them all quarterly.  So, push on Mr. [redacted].  However, I will not let you nor anyone else bully me into not getting paid.  This will continue until you pay up.  I will not stop this simply because you don’t like it now.  Let me repeat.  THIS COMPANY WILL NOT STOP PERSUING MR. [redacted] AND HIS FAMILY UNTIL PAID.  PERIOD.    And finally, I will not remove anything.  Not you, not the Revdex.com nor the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, will remove any of this.  Only full payment will do so.  But my offer to meet is still open, if you would like.  But you and I also know that a coward like you who preys on innocent children wouldn’t confront me in person.  Which is why you have taken this step to have it viewed in societies eyes.  If you have the courage to put this on the internet, why wouldn’t you post this?  [redacted]

Mr. [redacted],On May 9, 2016, (not May 25, 2017 see attached) [redacted] entered a contract with ([redacted]) [redacted] (a former contract employee), and according to Mrs. [redacted], [redacted] was a 20-year friend of hers and Mrs. [redacted] trusted him implicitly.  Mrs. [redacted] received damage to her...

roof and drywall during a storm at her residence at 901 Spears, Bowie, TX. Myself and various staff from Roofing Professionals of Texas made several trips to the location to conduct repairs per her request (I personally made 5 trips).  Each trip was 71 miles one way.  1 hour and 40-minute drive, again, one way.  My company conducted various repairs on numerous occasions. Each time, Mrs. [redacted] kept on wanting additional things for free that were not part of her insurance claim and she refused to pay them out of pocket.  This was after Mrs. [redacted] was wanting us to waive her deductible and commit insurance fraud.  I, [redacted] Owner of Roofing Professionals of Texas, accommodated her requests each and every time and addressed them immediately.  Until the point that I had to tell her that I can not waive her deductible and could no longer do anything for free and by state law she is required to pay her deductible. I instructed Mrs. [redacted] that I was running a business and I have to charge her. She was under the illusion that because she had a long-standing relationship with [redacted] that I was going to do everything for free.  At that point, Mrs. [redacted] no longer wanted our services.  We provided her with all the necessary documents along with full contracts, (5) day right of rescission, contingency agreements etc.  I personally have spent countless hours at her home.   Additionally, I, [redacted] Owner of Roofing Professionals of Texas, was there when our staff and a team of 4 men conducted repairs to her property.  I personally visited with Mrs. [redacted] on (5) of the visits with [redacted], myself.  It should be noted that Mr. Belcher and his wife were both terminated from the company.Acting as her authorized representative (and her son), you should maybe ask if the repairs were actually conducted, and possibly see if you are being taken for a ride by Mrs. [redacted] and her friend [redacted] who is no longer a subcontractor for this company.  Maybe get on the roof, check the chimney and the brick tuck point work performed on the chimney, or the flashing details, or the copper valley mental.Mr. [redacted], I also find it odd that even after we spoke several times, and you and I discussed this at length, and I explained it to you then, as I am now, you would blatantly misstate the contract, paragraph (5) last line, as you have deliberately done from the onset.  My position has not changed since then, either. Quaintly you make false statements in your complaint, and you know they are not true.  So, should I then file on you for deceptive trade practices?  The contract specifies that if terminated the contractor is entitled to retain 15% of the total cost. Not 15% of fees paid, as you so loosely state.  You know this, as do I because we have had this conversation many times.  Because you post it on the internet on the Revdex.com complaint board, I am somehow supposed to change it?  I don’t think so.You can demand all you want.  I have clearly detailed notes, I have paid invoices to my staff, I have gas and mileage logs, I have daily construction reports, I have field supervisor’s reports, but the most important thing is, I have me.  The owner of the company who has personally been out there numerous times.  Oh, and I have in the pesky little agreement with the 5 day right of rescission. I did not reply to your letter, as I told you on the phone, because you did not present any new information that would change our position, nor any new evidence that would indicate that have done anything amiss.    If you would like, have your attorney contact ours at [redacted] (his name is [redacted]), make sure your attorneys ask for him specifically.  I also want to note, Mr. [redacted], you have contacted me several times directly alleging to be Mrs. [redacted]s attorney.  The fact is, you are not an attorney at all.  In fact, according to the report we have from the Texas Bar Association, you have never even attended law school.  So, on multiple occasions you have made it a practice of alleging things that aren’t true.  Now you are doing it on the internet where it is written in ink, sir.  Your false statements here are logged.  Each time you called in to a recorded line stating you were Mrs. [redacted]’s attorney, they too were logged.  Now you are stating things that are patently false.  I ask you again, Mr. [redacted], should I then file on you for deceptive trade practices?  Or should I have you brought up on charges for Unauthorized Practice of Law?  Publishing false reports for financial gain?  Or should I do it against Mrs. [redacted]?  Before you try and falsely tarnish someones reputation, get the facts straight.  Respectfully, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The business owner's response contains numerous inaccurate, misrepresentations and erroneous statements and is therefore rejected.  We will make a further detailed response after discussions with our attorney. Also, as for Mr [redacted]'s statements regarding his contacts with me, ([redacted]) are completely false!  My communications with Mr [redacted]'s and his company have consisted of two (2) letters dated April 4th and April 20th, 2017.  Mr [redacted] and I have never spoken by phone nor have I ever called his office.  My letters did cc my attorney, [redacted] who was with [redacted] [redacted] in Dallas.  Mr [redacted]'s statement that I was pretending to be an attorney is possibly either just his confusion, mis- information or he is a liar. Submitted by: [redacted] ( [redacted]) [redacted], acting on behalf of [redacted] [redacted]
Regards,
[redacted]  [redacted]
