ID# [redacted] In regards to the complaint on Sept 9, 2016.We, Roofmart, had several issues with this specific order in regards to delivery date/TimeRoofmart does not promise a specific time for delivery and in this exact case we ran out of daylight on Friday Sept and will not load a roof in the dark due to safety issuesThis product was delivered on Saturday Sept late morning/early afternoon.Roofmart did acknowledge and take responsibility for the delivery issues and all the other issues this may have been caused due to the deliveryOn the morning of Monday Sept the customer was contacted by myself, ***, and the situation was explained and a potential solution was discussedOn Tuesday Sept 13, Full refund of the delivery ($227.85) was processed along with another return of $to make up for some of the other costs the customer may have experiencedRestocking fee's were also waived although no returns were neededAs of this point I believe this issue has be resolved, and the customer has been notified they can contact myself at the branch any time[redacted] Branch SupervisorRoofmart Edmonton North

This product was delivered on Saturday Sept 10 late morning/early afternoon.Roofmart did acknowledge and take responsibility for the delivery issues and all the other issues this may have been caused due to the delivery. On the morning of Monday Sept 12 the customer was contacted by myself, [redacted], and the situation was explained and a potential solution was discussed. On Tuesday Sept 13, Full refund of the delivery ($227.85) was processed along with another return of $210 to make up for some of the other costs the customer may have experienced. Restocking fee's were also waived although no returns were needed.
