I had two cars fixed buy them since USAA insurance only recommends them in Wichita FallsBoth times the work wasn't finished when they called me to pick the carOn the first car (2014) they fixed the damage on the front bumper and forgot to fix the fenderI pointed it out at pick up and they kept the car a few more daysSecond car (2015) had some light damage from being hit from the backWhen I went to pick up the car the lower portion of the rear bumper wasn't connected correctly and was sagging on one side I pointed it out and they tried to fix and broke the clips and had to hold it a few days to pick it up
I took my Toyota to Gilmore's in May to have them look at a small dent on the right rear of the vehicleTony met with me and also had his PDR man look at the vehicleI received an estimate for the cost to repair the vehicleI told Tony that I was going to be out of town the week of the 4th of JulyI asked if we could set a date for the repair for that time periodTony was more than happy to accommodate my requestThe Friday prior to the repair date I got a call from Tony that their PDR man had quit and moved to North DakotaTony said he would be hiring a new PDR man but he wanted to postpone my repair a couple weeksThat was okay with meIt has now been three weeks and I called about the repair getting doneNo one is returning my callI have always had pretty good experiences with Gilmore's and if there ever was an issue they took care of it ASAPMost of the people that were at Gilmore's that I dealt with are no longer thereI just want to get this dent repaired
