Review: We had our entire roof replaced in 2009. The work was guaranteed with a 10 year warranty on workmanship. Recently our roof has begun to leak in a couple of spots in the house whenever it rains. We have made four attempts to contact Advance Roofing Systems (both locations) and have never gotten a reply. We are worried that delaying the repair of the roof will lead to possible mold growth, which will cause many health issues for my wife who suffers from a lung condition.Desired Settlement: I would like Advance Roofing Systems to remove the shingles in the areas that are leaking to clearly identify the issue, remove / replace any damaged wood, and repair the leaks.

Review: We had a major renovation done on our home which included a new roof. The job was completed in late May of 2013. Within a few months of completion, we noticed several shingles in our rain gutters. We notified our General Contractor, and he immediately contacted Advanced Roofing Systems owner of the company,( [redacted]) who said he would come right out to fix the problem. Over the next several months we made many follow up calls to our contractor who recontacted Mr. [redacted]. It has been one year now and Mr. [redacted] will not return phone calls or emails from our contractor or ourselves. It is clear to us that Advanced Roofing Systems, also trading as Roofmax Exteriors, had no intentions of standing behind their work.Desired Settlement: I would like for mr. [redacted], of Roofmax Exteriors, also trading as, Advance Roofing Systems, come back to my home to repair the missing roof tiles and be available to guarantee his work.

The repairs were already completed prior to receiving this notice. The repairs were extremely minor, posed no leak concerns and bordered ridiculous. It should be noted to other contractors when hired by this home owner, when represented by their family GC, that they do not like to pay for required additional work after authorization.

First off, the repair work was not made by this contractor. I have since had it done by another contractor as I became convinced that Advanced Roofing would not come back to finish the job. To call it ridiculous is in and of itself ridiculous. My rain gutters were full of loose shingles that had to be removed. Many of them.

Second and more importantly, I will give Advanced an opportunity to retract their remark about us not paying for the work. They were hired by a General Contractor and I paid every cent that the GC asked me to pay to them and to every other contractor that worked on the property. I was never contacted in any form by Advanced regarding a dispute of payment. They can either eliminate their slanderous remark about my family or I will seek Legal counsel and will file suit.

Review: We contracted with [redacted] on Mar.15th 2014 to have roof, windows, and siding done. It's been seven months, siding still not started. Roof was completed almost immediately .There was a supposed hold up with window order and they were finally installed mid June. We live in a resort area, beach block so project was put off till beginning of Sept. .He has not returned calls , we do not have a start date . Weather will become cold soon and parts of home are open to elements. We've been very patient at this point I 'd be willing to go with another company but he's sitting on my money and he supposedly has siding .I either need him to finish job asap or give me some sort of refund so I can hire another contractor.Desired Settlement: because of weather considerations need job completed quickly
