It is not a one-day job, they took the time and did everything by the book. After years of researching I finally decided to get a metal roof. So many companies, so many methods and styles and products. It is very difficult to find a company that can ensure a good job.
After interviews, I decided to use Roof of Steel for my roof and am more than pleased with the results. Their line of products is sufficient to satisfy every customer style and price point. We ended up with a textured slate in Vermont blue. It now looks so much better and does not look like the typical metal roof. Looks just like high end slate. Oh and, don’t forget a very good warranty on the installation and product.
To say their installation crews are good is an understatement. The crews are working for the company year round and not seasonal workers that need to be trained. They are meticulous and professional in every aspect. From removing the requisite shingles near the edges, to the ice and water shield to the insulation materials under the shingles. They know the product and can answer even the most obscure questions without hesitation. So nice to deal with real experts.
I cannot recommend Roof of Steel highly enough. From the sales person, ***, to the installation crew headed by ***. One cannot go wrong with Roofs Of Steel.

I had my 2 cottages done by Roofs of Steel from the beginning with *** making sure I understood the benefits of a steel roof in general and the particularly important benefits of the Tanko steel roof shingles it was a very smooth process. *** knows her stuff. Her crew of *** and *** and helpers were great to work with, they worked hard and long hours in the blazing sun and high humidity. Let's not forget they also worked through the black flies that are typical of a Laurentian spring. The work site was kept clean and organized. I greatly appreciated their dedication to the job. I love my roof from "Roofs of Steel"! While it took a little while to do the booking (partially b/c this was a very small job, the weather was not conducive for roofing, I was away a lot), it was well-worth the wait. The workers were professional but fun and very easy-to-work-with and, for sure, I'd recommend "Roofs of Steel" to anyone and everyone!

We received a great promotional price from a home show. Work was done in late February. They also handled needed repairs on the chimney for a reasonable price. Work was done in a timely fashion. An inspector from the company followed up a few times to ensure the site was cleared of debris. Once immediately afterward and once after the snow had melted. We are happy with the results and friends and neighbours have commented on the appearance.

I recently had a new steel roof installed by Roofs of Steel. I first met ***, Model Home Program Manager for Roofs of Steel, at the ***. Her display and presentation were very appealing so I made an appointment to discuss a quote for reroofing my home.

*** was very professional and well-prepared. She explained all the ins and outs, and answered all my questions more than adequately. She had samples of the materials so I could get a look and feel for everything from the membrane that covers the roof to the colours and textures of the roofing material itself.

The roofers were accommodating and also answered any questions I had. They were keen to do a good job. They kept the area as clear as possible while working and tidied up at the end of each day.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the result is beautiful!
