Roofs R Us

AJ Diaz, who uses 9 aliases, Aaron Jorge Diaz, did not follow through with his contract that he would return to pick up debris left after putting up roof. He also left me with other damages that I had to pay and also pay to have someone clean up the yard and gutters because he never showed up. He is also a registered sex offender which I found out after trying to take him to small claims which is scary and uses an address in Barstow IL that is vacant but lives in Davenport. Don't trust this guy, he is a fast, smooth talker that does not do what he says he will do.

Review: We had a leak in the garage roof and needed a new shingle roof over the center of the house. They did an excellent job on the shingle roof over the center of the house on 5/22/13. However, they failed to fix the leak over the garage roof and as a result of what they did it is leaking even worse. The water was dripping in one small area and is now leaking in over half of the garage. I have called numerous times and the contractor fails to call me back. I asked him to call me or come over when I am home so I can show him. He has shown up twice when I was not home and went up on the roof. I am not sure what he did. Since them I have called him on 6/25, 6/26, 6/28, 7/10, and twice on 8/1. He has failed to call me back so we can address this problem. Once he received the check for 3,900.00 that we mailed to him on 6/1/13, he refused to take my calls. At this point, it is very frustrating because the problem is worse. I would like to have the job finished since the contractor was already paid. When I interviewed him, he said he could fix the problem. If he could not fix the problem, he should have told me and I would have hired someone else.
