I read the Company's response via the link you provideIt is pasted below with my comments in red:
On March 25, 2015, the business provided the following information:
I am writing in regards to the complaint on our companyWe never collected any money on this job until the job was complete (that is incorrect; *** paid for the material even though Roofsmart was supposed to buy the material and get paid at the end) and the customer was satisfied (Absolutely untrueWe paid Roofsmart in full to terminate the business relation while our claims remainHow could we be satisfied with a roofer that abandons the job for months, never honors its promises, and lets a 3-day roof job run over months, causing us considerable headache, anguish, and loss?) ***, the person who is making this complaint is an employee from what I gather (That is untrue; I am the manager of *** I hired Roofsmart; and I filed the complaint to force Roofsmart to finish the job and also to provide the Revdex.com with information that could help protect others who might consider hiring Roofsmart) *** is the owner and the person who I have dealt with from the beginning(That is a lie; *** came into the picture only a month ago*** is the president of a contracting company and we hired his company in February to intervene and help Roofsmart finish the roofing job)We have been paid and the job is completed and done to the customers satisfaction(Roofsmart was paid in full but we are not satisfied with Roofsmart's conduct and performance; Roofsmart has harmed us)
