Review: Roof was purchased by homeowner in 2010. Contract stated roof was guaranteed for 15 years. roof is now leaking. all attempts at contacting company have not been returned. all phone numbers are now disconnected.Desired Settlement: honor contract commitment by repairing damaged roof.

Review: Roof was installed 3 years ago. About 8 months ago there was water damage to my wall. He came back and said problem was fixed and charged me 250. I had to have drywall replaced and walls repainted 500.00. 2 weeks ago had another roofer come because I saw water damage again. He made a list of all the things Roofsmith had made. I had my homeowners come out and inspect and they verified water damage and issues with the roof. Another 500.00 to fix

So far I am out 1,000 and I can not reach Roofsmith.all numbers are disconnected. I want reimbursement for the repairs I had to make. I now have a 15 year warranty that is no good because I can get in contact with him. Review: I got roof done in 2011 by this company Roofsmith. I'm experiencing a leak since it rained and I have 15 year warranty on this roof by the company. I tried calling them since 6/3/2013 and 6/4/2013 with no answer from the company. I left messages and they have not returned my call. I just my insurance company come out with an adjuster to see the damage in my house caused by the leak. They could not detect if this was a cover up repair or if they ever took the old roof off and and did the proper repair. I have to go away this weekend and I need this company to come out as soon as possible due to the upcoming rain on Friday 6/7/2013.Desired Settlement: I need them out here as soon as possible. I really do not want to have to go any further with my complaint.
