[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Rooftop Construction has not followed a single item on the contract Along with not actually completing the job they were contracted to do, my property is now suffering additional damages I have already contacted several other companies about replacing my roof, which is now going to cost more money since they have to remove the materials from Rooftop Construction's poor installationOf course we want our roof to not leak as soon as possible, but we now want to make sure that who we hire is reputable and will do the job correctly, so if it takes longer than days at this point to get the roof replaced, then it takes longer than days I will not be held accountable to the contract we signed with Rooftop Construction, since as I stated in a very lengthy first complaint, Rooftop Construction failed to follow all points on itThey need to review the contract I signed and compare it to the work that was done They need to review the manufacturer's installation instructions and compare it to how the roof was actually installed They need to review the timeline on the communications between their business and their client, and how many times my roof was attempted to be fixed They are not to attempt any more work on my property, and they are lucky that I haven't yet pursued legal recourse for the additional damages and for someone else to do the job correctly Regards, [redacted]

We contracted with [redacted] , owner of H and H Excavating, to do a driveway and to clear lot for a house pad that was to have no more than 2 feet of fill dirt and 20 feet level in front of house pad, 30 feet for actual house pad and 20 feet clearance behind house pad with the hill beyond that to be mowable and manageable. He completed the work and received payment at or around the end of Feburary and assured us that the work was done as requested. The place where we bought our home came to start dig footers and our crawl space and it was discovered that there was in fact 4.5 feet of fill dirt on the house pad and they would have to move where we originally planned to put home back further to get out of the fill dirt. I am rejecting this response because:I don't want any more "work" done to the roof Rooftop Construction has made multiple corrective attempts and had ample opportunity to correct the issues we have been having since the work was started over months ago Our roof has been leaking worse than ever since they screwed some metal panels to our existing damaged roof It wasn't installed correctly the first time (according to either the contract or to the manufacturer's specifications), and you can't put just put a few patches of caulk at the seams to fix it The only way the roof would be remotely acceptable is to tear everything off and install a new roof, and Rooftop Construction is NOT qualified to do that, as is evidenced by what currently constitutes a finished roof to them I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE WORK TO BE ATTEMPTED AT MY PROPERTY As I stated before, I want to be released from the current contract (of which not a single line item was actually completed to date), or rather, I want to release them from the contract since they are the party that blatantly ignored it I will find another company to replace my roof

If ** *** wants released from her contract I will do it only if she replaces her roof within days If not, the full balance will be due to my company and she will be under a five year warranty I prefer to fix the leaks and be paid in full now These are my terms and conditionsJeff W***

We are quite aware of this issue and are working to correct this problem.  We have ask for no money to date
