I have included a copy of the contract and some of the invoices showing that we spent more that what we collected in funds from the clientAlso please note that On March 31, I sent an assignment of claim to the clientThis form if completed would have assigned the benefits of the claim to Rooftop Restoration so that we could complete all the repairs and be able to collect the funds from the insurance companyAlthough the client never completed the Assignment of claim form, we continued to negotiate with *** *** and upon resolution of the claim towards the end of June we were ready to proceed with the repairs provided that the client agreed to a payment scheduleIn the month of July after receipt of approval from the client we proceeded to order additional materials and schedule the remaining work per the agreed schedule
*** Please note that although they agreed to the payment schedule, as of this day we have completed all the repairs at the property and we did not receive any additional money.***
