Company did not complete contractual agreement to install trusses on the garage roof in order to obtain insurance mitigation credit Rooftop Solutions was paid to install a new roof on our residence, however, upon an insurance inspection of said roof it was revealed that the hurricane straps that we paid over $2K for were not installed on our garage as contract stated Owner not returning emails or calls after many attempts to remedy situationWe were open to him returning and installing the connectors but owner of business will not come and finish the job be was paid $21K forUnresponsive and unreliable
I found this company years ago online when I had problems with my flat roof and called for an estimate It was reasonable and they are very professional The job was done within weeks from signing contract to final permit Hurricane Irma came along and blew a few shingles off my roof, which the owner came by my house and took care of it himself That service, you do not get from many companies now I so pleased with the work that I called the company again to do my regular (shingle-side) roof I live in a HOA where every document needs to provided and rules need to followed I had no issues with this and my roof was completed within weeks Employees are very neat and polite I am very pleased Great job! Our contract for replacing a roof was signed in February of and was not completed until October of Nearly months for the contractor to do their jobAs a result, our interior suffered unneeded damages because of his negligenceThey started the job and halfway through decided to disappear for monthsTo add insult to injury, just days after the job was finalized, they decided to send our bill to an attorney and creditor because they wanted immediate paymentAbsolutely irresponsible, no communication, and lack of accountability!
