We did have contact again with an Oscar from the repair department. He scheduled an appointment with us for 10/22/14 at 5pm. Again, no call no show. We tried to call Oscar at 6pm and call went to a full voicemail box. Oscar did come out on 10/23. He says he made the necessary repairs to the roof, however the damage drywall has not been fixed. When I asked about the drywall he advised someone from the office would call us.
