After contacting several roofing companies, I decided to hire Roofworks to replace my damaged roof. The salesman was very helpful and professional and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. The installers were friendly and did an amazing job and kept the job site neat and orderly. After the job was complete, the installers removed all left over debris and the new roof looked great!
I just recently had my roof replaced by RoofWorks. They handled the insurance claim and walked me step by step through the process. Once my insurance claim was approved RoofWorks did not sit back. Within 4 days we had a new roof. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Of course, we did upgrade from 3-tab shingles to architectural shingles could not be happier. Thanks, RoofWorks great job.
Roof works have been calling harassing my mom to provide services on my brother's house since they found out how much the insurance had approved.
They have given my mom no estimate as to how much the roof replacement cost. They are just going by what the insurance company agreed to pay after the adjuster of the insurance company came out and agreed to pay a certain amount. But no bid. Nor did they help get it approved through the insurance company as the contingency agreement states . They only stepped in and started requesting a 1000 from my 77 year old mom after she had changed her mind about allowing them to provide the services because she felt as though they were trying to get over on her. Plus she isn't the owner of the house.
I would like for Roofworks to stop calling my mom and threatening her and harassing her regarding giving them a $1000. Like I said really the house it's in her name and she is only assisting my brother with his bills since he isn't working. To pay them $1000 for basically doing nothing not even providing a bid is unthinkable and you still telling her she owes them the $1000 deductible because she decided that she would be over extending herself because she is helping my brother paying his house hold bills and helping me here and there because I am disabled.

I made a complaint on Roof Works about a salesman who was harassing my elderly mom for which I would hear her arguing back and forth on the phone with him about what she didn't have to do. When she got off the phone from talking to him she was frustrated. Being that I saw how this situation was taking a toll on my mom. At this point, I told my mom that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Since she had threaten to contact the Revdex.com herself. Frankly, I was tired of being in the car with her and the salesman going back forth about suing and everything else. Plus, my mother was elderly 77 years old and doesn't always seem coherent. I made that choice to contact them on her behalf.
Anyway after contacting the Revdex.com the harassment stopped. The issue was resolved seamlessly and that I am thankful for. My mom was no longer on the cell phone arguing with salesman talking about her obligation to them. It cleared the air for my mom to think about what she wanted to do regarding getting the roof replaced or not. In fact, Roof Works was able to provide services at the Family home at *** instead of ***
At point, I would do business with Roof Works again because of the way this complaint was handled. I am requesting that the complaint be removed because it would be unfair to Roof Works for the whole company to be judged by one salesman.
