I had what I thought was an ice maker line leak and identified on a Saturday- within hours I had response and house callIt wasn't the line but refrigerator leak He turned off water supply and let me know! What great service and customer service! Highly recommended and I will continue to call him my plumber!

Very rarely have I had the chance to say that I had a wonderful experience with a contractor coming into my home to perform a job. Rooker Renovations most recently provided me such great service that has given me that chance! When water started to come through my kitchen floor due to a broken dishwasher Rooker was recommended to me. During our initial call and first visit to check on the issue, Rooker went to work to provide a resolution immediately, while explaining and detailing the next steps (whether they were hired to take care of those or not).

Within a couple days of our introduction they made time in their schedule for my water problem, returned to my home and fixed the issue with little disturbance to my schedule. They also created a better situation for my water pressure and improved the flow of my hot and cold water than the original set up!!!!

Also, it must be noted that they were very reasonably priced and very polite!! I won't have to worry about another bad plumber or renovation experience; Rooker Renovations is my contact from now on.
