customer provided us with a rectangular image, and requested we place said image on a 10" round cake. The image was scaled to fit the shape and size of cake requested by the customer. In order to be included, the text was placed at the lower part of image. At this time, it became evident that the text in its original color, was not legible. A color was used from the customers color palette to make the text legible, and still make no changes to the image itself.      It was our understanding, that the customer's primary concern was that no changes be made to the image .Not only were no changes made to the image, but the program used will not allow us to do so.  The only change we could make was to the text, and did so not to anger the customer, but to provide what we understood the customer to want. A cake with the image provided and text that was legible.      The customer also mentioned a problem with the type of ruffles on the side of cake. We never received any images of a particular type of ruffle from the customer. We had no way of knowing that the ruffle placed on the cake was not to the customers liking.      We did not notify the customer of any problems, simply because we were not aware that in providing what we understood the customer to want to be considered a problem. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you  and that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. We will provide a full refund of your purchase.      Rookies
