We are not going to write off the chargeTenants should tell us if there is a problem with bugs, especially if they are going to move to a second unitShe didn't move when she was supposed to move, so we lost a couple rentalsThen, the people couldn't wait any longer for the apartment, we kept pushing back the move in dateThen we moved her to another unitThen we realized we had bed bugs in the two units

*** *** has stated that she has lived in a couple different apartmentsShe moved from New York moved into apartment ***, it was temporary until *** we were renovating, it came availableShe lived in *** for one year, and then she wanted to transfer into something larger, so she
transferred into apartment ***She lived there moved June 17, , her contract started 7/1/and ended 6/30/Then she gave notice on April 30th and said that she would be out, and she would not be renewing lease on June 30, and she would like to extend for two weeks in JulyShe said she would be travelling at the end of June, and would not be able to move out of the apartment until she returned the first week of JulyShe gave notice to move, and I rented her apartmentI had her apartment rented for, girl needed to move in at latest July 8th, I told *** that she needed to move, and that we had her apartment to be rented, and she kept asking to extend, and she asked if there was another apartment she could move in to, and she stated that wherever she was moving to the apartment wouldn't be readySo on July 16th, she wrote to me, and said I told her that she could move to 710, but I had that apartment rented as well, and that she could only stay until the end of the monthI got a note from her that she would move all of her belongings on the 16th evening over to *** moved most of her things to across the hall, she left a few belongings to see if Steve maintenance could move across the hallThe maintenance man started working in the apartment, he was starting to remove blinds, was patching holes and he started noticing bedbug feces around light sockets on the walls, and he said Michele I think we have a problem, I went up and he showed me the feces of bedbugs around light sockets in ***Well, lets go over to see the futon in 710, bedbugs started dropping off her futon, so not only did *** have bedbugs but also 710, she transferred them over on her furnitureI let her know that we found bedbugs on her futon, and also in her apartment, then I get this email from her, please do not move the furniture, if it is best to get rid of them, but we had already moved the furniture that she asked us to moveI let her know that the pest control would be there July 17th and there would be a lot of preparation that we would need her to do and also in email I told her that I would most likely have to charge her for one of the treatments as it is very expensive, since she moved over to Pest control treatment was not completed at the time she moved outDue to the bedbugs, I have lost a one year lease on apartment ***, the girl could not move in and the apartment that was rented, we could not move him in either, so I lost two rentalsI charged her for one apartment for bedbugs, the apartment she moved into, and that is what she is wanting us to take offWe sent to collections, because we sent her a note and she never paid it

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Statements in the response was incorrect. Nothing was sent to me I first became aware of the charges on my credit report I then contacted the company to provide me with details via phone and then a month later via email when it was not received. They never responded  (I can provide the email ). A bill was never sent to me to dispute this change before. There was nothing in my contacts that allows this business to do what they have done. This is illegal, it was not a contractual agreement. They cannot change ex tenants outrageous for things that a building is responsible for. If I got bugs or roaches in their building or a hotel  can I send them a bill.I have lived at [redacted] right after and there was never an issue with any type of bugs. This company needs to revisit the $[redacted] change and correct.Regards
