Review: Room Services agreed to locate room for temporary housing, they sent me to see place ([redacted], November [redacted]) and I worked with [redacted] and [redacted] to meet with the landlord to move in on [redacted] November [redacted] @ [redacted]. The room/house owner could not make it to place at [redacted] and we reluctantly agreed to reschedule for [redacted] that day. In the meantime at [redacted] I was involved on the same day in a car accident (I was a passenger along with other friends whom were helping me move my belongings. After the accident I was well enough but in major pain to continue my move to the new room. Notified house owner and Room Services about the accident and we then agreed to move the move-in time to [redacted]. My friends and I arrived at the room and the women NEVER showed up. We waited from [redacted] to [redacted] outside in the cold for the owner to arrive. I contacted [redacted] from Room Services and he attempted to contact the owner. I paid [redacted] $175 for room service and he now refuses to refund my total amount paid to obtain the room. I went to [redacted] at Room Services on [redacted] @ [redacted] and then [redacted] - he was finally there and refused my money and told me the "Owner" would have to get my money back and that he was going to contact me asap to set up time. Since then it's [redacted] Nov [redacted] and I went to Room Services @ [redacted] then at [redacted] and no one was there and did not pick up my 100 phone calls to them to request my money! These [redacted] guys are scamming people out of their hard earned money and I refuse to let this go. I'm HOMELESS and do not have my fee returned as of [redacted] Nov. [redacted] @ [redacted]. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Cash Refund of $175.00 asap!

Review: Room services has not contacted us to help find a room. The few addresses recieved, no one showed up. They collect $200 to give addresses for a month, they did it for an hour or two with no results when contacted they do not respond.Desired Settlement: $200 returned
