I ordered trunk mount for my bike 11/I never received my order have e mailed many times called many times its 6/1/still haven't gotten any product but they sure took the money out of my credit card the day I placed my orderI would advise everyone to not order from scoot works it's a scam and should be ban from advertising as a company
My review is like many other! Part never received,nothing but excuses from the owner for MONTHS!!!!This company is nothing but lies and trickery to steal your money!!!! NEVER do business with them if you ever want to see the product you paid for! Nothing but excuses including "Health problems" which we all know is a bunch of ***!!!!!!!! and MANY other LIES
I ordered an item from seller, repeatedly got excuses for delay. Ultimately I contacted the local dept of justice who in turn tried contacting seller multiple times. I guess this vendor counts on out of state buyers not willing to be physically present for small claims court.
Over a year later I have no product or refund.
Stear clear of this outfit. Do your research as I should have.
