I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I am *** *** niece and I am the one receiving these emails of such room rentals and they come after the effectWhich means they state they send twice a week, but they come later in the evenings or on Saturday and Sundays in the evening as wellWhen no one wants to go out on Sat or Sun in the evening to see anything nor, I would think an apt owner wants to show a room in the evening either or the weekends! That's when most people want to spend with their family after working all week! My uncle is yrs old that has trouble walking and I don't like him out too lateSo that is my issue and the fact that they send me rooms that are more expensive than what we put on his application that he can afford when we wen to the office personallyThey send me all ads they find for rooms for rent no matter what they coat as well as no matter what gender, when I specifically stated try to send me rooms for rent where they will take a male only, not just females! Some ads do state the apt owner's preferenceThe person sending me ads just sends anything and everything this Jeff B!
So if person that responded to my complaint can address my needs better maybe I can find my uncle a decent roomIf I needed this right away as I did, I would of been up *** ***! I would prefer my uncle in Queens preferably such areas as: Sunnyside, Elmhurst, Corona,Jackson Heights, RidgewoodIf not Bklyn if they can find something in Williamsburg, Buswick, Greenpoint areas would be better, but I know that have gotten expensiveThank you,

[redacted] came in to our office seeking a room. he service was explained to her as well she was giving the terms and condition of our services. The extent of our services is to find rooms for...

rent in the selected Borough(s) of her choice starting from $125-$250 and up. The service is good for 60 days and we typically update our clients twice a week. This is NOT an online service. Customers are required to sign up at our office M-F 10am - 5pm and Saturday 12-5pm. [redacted] is aware of our services and office hours [redacted] is demanding a room were illegal substances are allowed such as marijuana [redacted] also demands a room for $500 or less, even though it was explained the starting price is $125/ week She came in to the office on Jan ** after she filed a complaint to Revdex.com (according to this compliant date) to complaint about house rules in one of the rooms we sent her for $450/ month. She disliked that no males were allowed in the house due to multiple females living at the apartment. Another room she was interested in lack privacy. Another room we provided [redacted] was able to speak to the landlord but later [redacted] was not able to view the room because landlord did not answer the phone at the time of the meeting, which we have no control of. We make no guarantee of getting a room, rather we will continue our search and provide information for 60 days. There is no refund for [redacted]
