Please be assured that we take very seriously scammers and improper use of our siteOur staff perform daily scam searches on the site looking for and banning any scam accounts we findAdditionally, we have implemented several new security features we believe will reduce the amount of scamming activity on the site as well as some new features that assist us in locating potential scam accounts quicklyAlthough we perform ongoing searches for scammers, we do not and are unable to screen every account and this fact is clearly stated in our Term of ServiceUnfortunately, many times scammers don't make themselves known until they get you to email them through their private email address, which Roommates is not privy toEvery profile also has a Report Member button in the upper right hand corner that can be used to send the account information of a suspected scammer to our Fraud Department for reviewYou can also send the Nicknames and/or Email Address of any profile you believe to be fraudulent to [redacted] If the account is found to be fraudulent it will be deletedMs [redacted] did send in emails and information about a person she believed was a scammer on 3/13/Upon review of the information, we found that we had already located, blocked, and banned the account in question on 3/11/and we notified her that we had done soAlthough we make every effort to ensure the safety and security of our website, we make or imply no guarantees or hold any responsibility for the content posted by members as stated in our Terms of ServiceWe understand that this is a frustrating experience and an unfortunate outcome in this situation, and although we are unable to assist Ms [redacted] recover any amount she sent to the person in question, we are happy to refund her upgrade charges that were paid to usWe have credited the $upgrade fee that was paid on 2/12/back to her credit card, and her account is now at the basic level

Hello,It’s unfortunate that Ms*** had issues getting her email provider to unblock us so she could use our site. It was not an issue we could fix on our endIt was an issue she had to fix with her email provider. I do see that she has created a new account with a
different email address that is working fine with our website nowWe usually only give one free day upgrade, which was given to one of her previous accounts in October 2016, but due to the recent email issues she had we will apply another day free upgrade to her account. Ms*** already purchased a day upgrade which will expire on 9-15-17. With the day extension the upgrade will now expire on 9-18-We apologize for any inconvenience Ms*** had with our siteIf you need any additional information please let us knowThank you, PuppyFind.com Support

*** *** This is so very sad to read you are puppyfind.com I have been scammed so very badly by this place You claim to have puppies available for sale, which you do not I was taken for $for a puppy that would be send to me once I sent the money to them This was a long time ago and I didn't keep the records. For the company's record I am also attaching two screen shots taken of what their website looks like to me whenever I click on the "member log in" or "contact us" headers. This problem persists even today (as of 4-17-14 at 320pm). Thank you again.

are so sorry for the hassle, we did launch an updated version of the site during this time frame and a few features on the new site weren’t working quite the way we’d planned! To make sure that our members had all of the roommate-searching capabilities they needed, we have transitioned back to the previous version until we are able to get the new site up to the standards that our members deserve. The old site is up and running smoothly at this time. I have refunded your payment of $29.99 on 4-16-14. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post.
