Upon inspection of the living room set last time our service department went out to the customer's home it did not appear that there was in issue with the cushions, however, upon further reviewing of this complaint our service department will go back out to the customer's home and inspect the
product a second time free of charge as a courtesy to the customer, the product will be thoroughly inspected and pictures will be taken and forwarded to the manufacturer because the product is under manufacturer warranty, if the manufacturer determines that the product is defective it will be replacedour service department has attempted to reach the customer by phone and got no response but we will continue our efforts to reach her until we get her problem resolved

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I haven't heard anything from Rooms for Less. I sent them an email addressed to *** *** asking about the status of my new console and as of this date 7/24/2015, no response

Hello ***, We apologize that you are going through this difficult situation, but as we previously explained to you all of our showrooms, warehouses and trucks are inspected and undergo preventative treatments by a professional company on a monthly basis and we have never had any signs or
traces of an infestation in our ten years of doing business in ohioUnfortunately bed begs can be picked up anywhere and they are attracted to body heat but we can assure you they problem did not originate from our store or our product
