I bought a power recliner couch setThe single seat's motor went bad less than a yearI called to have it repaired under warranty and I am getting the run around of my lifeThey keep making promises and telling me that the tech will come next weeketcand it never happensI asked to speak to the store owner and I was told that "it'll get fixed when it gets fixed" and I may NOT speak to the store ownerThis store is not worth saving a few bucks atMore trouble in the long runI will never recommend or shop at this store again

Never shop here! They have the worst customer service and take no accountability for their own mistakeWe purchased a chair and paid full for delivery as well, we were told the chair will be delivered after daysThe chair was not delivered days later neither were we informed that the delivery will be rescheduledWe called the store next day and was told due to the cold weather their truck is not working and the delivery of the chair will be scheduled another days laterAgain the second time we waited and waited and no delivery, no phone call from the storeNo courtesy to the customerAgain the third time we called the following day, waited for more than mins on the phone to speak with anyone to let us know what happened with our deliveryFinally a lady named Lovely came on the phone and who was no help at all and transfered to her manager after HOUR holding and waiting, managers name wad mandyMandy said she does not work for rooms and furniture and we were shocked! We said we met u in person and you took our money for thr delivery so how can u deny not working for rooms and furnitire companyShe than said ok I remember you and transfered to another manager by the name of KhushiI don't understand what type of business this is where people deny working thereVery unprofessionalFinally after a long time on the phone with Khushi she said the chair will be delivered the next daySo again for the fourth time we waited and waited and no delievery No sympathy or understanding for the customerThey kept making excuses about why the chair has still not been delivered for example, the system is down or we cant find your file or the databade is not up to date with delivery option etcEveryday we have been moving all the cars out of the driveway in -weather and coming home early to wait for this delivery all evening longLastly, manager named Khushi who promised us the chair will be delivered said because of thr power outage the chair was not delivered, what a surprise here the chair did not arrive next dayNobody in the company takes responsibility [redacted] This company [redacted] has extremely poor customer serviceNever shop herestay away! Go someplace else pleaseWe received the chair after the 6th time finally and still had to pay full price for chair and the delivery charge!!!

This was the WORST shopping experience of my lifeThis company promised me seven different delivery dates(Purchased Aug 29th, promised dates were: Sept 2nd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 11th, 18th, 21st)The product still did not arrive on the 21stThey refused to give me my money back and would only offer a store creditThe women at head office only wasted my time and there was never a manager available They offered me free shipping on my next delivery but couldn't even deliver me my first itemThis company is untrustworthy ***Please take caution, shopping with them will cause you more of a headache than spending that extra money elsewhere

I am very disappointed with the time span of delivery of this companyI called today 01/05/and they said that they called me for delivery but I did not answer, and who ever called did not leave any messageThat lady who picked up my call today said that there is no room for messages but may phone have no saved or active messagesThey are just giving me a BS answerI am very disappointed because of the fact that we have paid the furniture in full including the delivery feeAs for me, I am not recommending this company to buy any furnitures or accessoriesThey have a very bad customer service

Absolutely horrible !!!! So many issues with Iack of professionalism that it's now likely going to turn into a legal matter, absolutely appalled by these peopleDelivery cancelled times, management yelling and being aggressive and insulting, as well as a lack of initiative to ensure customer satisfaction! Getting home from being in the military has come down to having to sit and be on the floor, because these people lack the qualities to run a business properlyNever going there again and will never recommend and I will be ensuring everyone I know is aware of this place via email and social media of my experience and to ensure they find the furniture they need elsewhere, and will write reviews on all sites that provide feedback on this poor excuse of a business

Very disappointed with their service We purchased a living room set and paid for it back on May 28/ Furniture was to be delivered yesterday June 17/between and p.m We received a call at p.mthat their truck had broke down Needless to say I was very upset as they said that they would have to re-schedule the delivery I had all my old living room furniture moved out yesterday morning so as to accommodate the new furniture I have people coming in today from out west and no place for them to sit I called their Burlington location an they told me that they didn't have the authority to hire another truck to deliver I told them that I wanted someone from Head Office in Mississauga to call me within the next half hour and never received a call We were notified around 5:p.mthat our furniture would not be delivered until Saturday between Noon and p.m This is very poor customer service and no remorse on their part Extremely upset

Do Not Shop Here! I went in to purchase a double mattress and box spring Found a great deal and decided to buy from them We have a truck so I opted to pick up my purchase the st catharines store owner sold me a queen instead of a double I brought it home that day thinking it was a double as I trusted what he was telling me was the truth a week later, I get a call that my box spring in is so I go pick it up only to find out it's a queen, not a double he then tells me he will reorder the correct one and call me when it comes in I didn't receive a call, I found out it was there by calling them the day I went to pick up my boxspring s when I realized he had sold me a queen mattress instead of a double I called him and he argued with me on the phone telling me it was a double I couldn't believe the way I was being treated by this owner! I didn't complain once, even with all his messes I went to the store (on Hartzel rd) to pick up the boxpring, it was a double talked to the salesman that was there about the error in my mattress he then called the owner and told him about it, who then wanted to speak with me so I did again, he was arguing with me I ten asked for some compensation I asked for the new mattress to be delivered for free, he said no, then I asked to have the boxspring for free (it was only 50.00), he said no said all he can do is order a new mattress of the same kind for the following week I finaly gave the phone back to the salesman and told him I no longer wanted to speak with him the place was full of customers the owner does nothing for his mistakes and customer satisfaction the salesman on the other hand, gave me a new double mattress tha he had at the store (a better quality one) in exchange for the queen and the boxspring for free he understood why I was upset and decided to practice good customer service despite of what the owner wanted I would much rather pay more for good customer service I will never return

I didn't get the table I had paid for, several months later it was agreed to get money back with 25% less which I agreed upon, the person gave me a cheque which bounced ,I was shocked and utterly disgusted and this is not a isolated incident [redacted]. I then called the Brampton location to be informed I should email them a copy of the bank statement it didn't occur to me at the time that while I was in the store they were telling another customer the exact [redacted] story. Only to be told that because the email was down they couldn't email the cheque. [redacted]. Worst customer Service ever.[redacted]

The chair was not delivered 3 days later neither were we informed that the delivery will be rescheduled. I purchased a dining set on Dec 27, was told I could pick it up on the 6th of Jan. I phoned to confirm pick up on the 6th and was told they did not have the set, to call back on the 7th. I was told they had it on the 7th and could pick it up. I was unable to go and said I would be there on the 9th. I was asked to call before going to get it, I did, I was told they didn't have it. This continued, I was told the 12th, then the 21st. Spoke to them on the 20th to confirm and was told the distributor doesn't even have the set we ordered and won't for at least another month. Told them I want a refund and am now waiting to hear back from Komal Koomar, the owner of the Burlington store. This place screws you around, feeds you a ton of b.s, doesn't make good on their side of the purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Go somewhere else if you value your $$. If I don't get any satisfaction soon, I will be seeing them in COURT!
