Review: I ordered a bedroom set from them, and paid for it. That was a week ago. I have not gotten anything from them. The money is back in my account now. Their number is disconnected and there is no way to get ahold of them. No one will call me backDesired Settlement: I would like to know what is going on. It says I can only cancel my order by written notice, however no one will contact me back. I do not want to order from somewhere else and them they wake up and send my order. and take the money back out of may account

Review: "I ordered the Wilmington - Walnut Chair in May 2, 2013. Around June 5th it was delivered in damaged condition. So I rejected the delivery. The delivery people made phone call to their office; reported the case and then they took the damaged chair back. It's been over 2 weeks I have been trying to call Rooms and Things (at ###-###-####) to ask when they planning to send me a new chair/or give my money back and all I keep getting is a recording saying Customer Service is unavailable, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. So far no one has returned my call no matter how many voice messages and emails I have left. This is strange because I was always able to get hold of someone. But it has become very frustrating as I have no information about sending me a new chair or they planning to give me my money back. I would like my money back so that I can go and purchase a new chair somewhere else.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. Thanks
