Delivery issues again
I was told that my furniture will be delivered between 7am-11am and again rooms to go dropped the ball ....its 5pm now and still no delivery and no one is being held accountable I have been on the phone with rooms to go just about all day and they keep passing the blame I have asked to speak to managers and the call center has avoided doing so each time that alone should raise a red flagThis is not customer service and is extremely unfair to me All representatives have been extremely rude and they only offered $off the delivery in attempts to "make it right" as someone needs to be held accountable this seems to be a business practice as it occurs every time I order I have no intention on patronizing an organization who has business practices as bad as this company

I was sold a year warranty months after my furniture with the expectation no matter what happened in the years my furniture would be covered
January 2015, almost years after I purchases my furniture I received a phone a phone call selling me the warranty I asked to see physical information on the warranty before I made the final decision but was told the option of the warranty would not be available to me if I did not purchase it then over the phone was also advised that the warranty would be apart of my furniture payment and included in the promotional pricing My issue throughout all of this is that I was told specifically that no matter what happened to my furniture I would be covered, not just covered under manufacture warranty So when I called to make a claim was told some items would not be covered because it was not a manufacture defect That was not explained to me The person that sold me the warranty would not allow me review the plan and what exactly it

How can Rooms to Go's two departments be managed so differently? Sales is fine, delivery's a nightmare that apparently the vast majority of folks have

How Rooms to Go Really Screwed My Super Bowl Party and the Super Bowl is still Days Away!!!
I preface my email with the fact that I was warned about Rooms To Go, but I didn't listen I give Rooms to Go the following grades:
Rooms To Go Final Grades
Advertising - A (Great Commercials)
Sales - A (Salesperson Courteous/Knowledgeable)
Delivery - F (My furniture wasn't delivered timely and when delivered damaged)
Customer Service - Incomplete
First, the Super Bowl is scheduled on Sunday, February 4th, I purchased products on Sunday, December 10, How could Rooms to Go screw up a month and week window to get it right?

Will not honor warranty of defective dining set that is buckling
We purchased our dining set September of last year & purchased an extended warranty along with itRooms to Go has already replaced this table once saying it was "manufacturers defect"Now that the same problem is happening, they will not give us store credit for another table as stated in the extended warranty peperwork

Purchased extended warranty on furniture from Rooms to Go and they are not honoring the repair or replacement of sofa that had frame issues

Furniture warranty is not valid if you move your furniture from where they deliver it Moving furniture voids warranty!!!

We have a manufacturing problem with our sectionalRooms To Go will not honor their warranty Even though it has not been one year
On October 10, we ordered a piece sectional from Rooms-online The Sectional was delivered on October 15, We noticed that one piece looked slightly different, but we thought it was made that wayAfter a few months of use, it the piece started to bow significantly Upon further inspection, it was clear that a support beam inside the sectional was either broken or non existent On March 7, Rooms-was contacted On March 26, an inspection was conducted in our home The "inspector" took pictures of the sectional On April 1, we were contacted by Rooms-To-Go The representative claimed "this clearly happened in the home," and "you should have called us sooner."
This sectional was still under Rooms-one-year-warranty which includes the following statement:

I made several large purchases from the location on GULF FWY, Friendswood, TX I requested and received half an hour advance call so somebody can be home for the delivery

Unfortunately I received a call minutes before the truck got to the house, he said no minutes notation was on orderI asked for minutes to get home from work but he will not waitHe was gone when we got home
I complained to customer service on December 2, ten days after incident because up to that date nobody apologized, nobody gave explanation why they did not give a call minutes in advance and nobody called to schedule the deli

Rooms To Go falsely advertised and sold me a faux leather sofa as genuineAfter years the sofa's "genuine" leather is peeling from every surface
The problem first occurred on May of where the sofa started to show bubbling on the surface
I was sold a fake leather sofa as genuine leather that is now falling apartWhen I contacted them about this they only offered a $credit that I had to use immediately
They offered me this credit because they claim they cant replace it as it was discontinued, (likely due to this issue) however after checking the site the name simply changed

I purchased a family room set in 8/with a push button reclinerRecently it stopped working.A piece of the mechanism broke off
Today ( 12/) I contacted the customer service department and spoke to a representative(Sheba) and was told that the problem could not be remedied due to the fact that the warranty had expired.I then spoke with a manager(Giovanni) and was told the same thing.His suggestion was to google furniture repairI feel when a product literally breaks off the frame the issue is not a warranty issue but a case of a defective product,and a reputable company should repair or replace the defect

After my purchase of $(paid in full) on 03/26/of a sofa sleeper I found the mattress, a $upgrade to be very uncomfortable
The salesperson dismissed me at my next visit by saying I would just have to buy a foam pad At the time my mother was very sick and I was totally dedicated to her care so I never pursued the matter On 01/07/I had their service tech come to fix a problem with pulling the mattress out I called their customer service number at pm that same day because I noticed the mattress was really tilted up on the pillow endThe person who answered, "Heather" was totally rude and argumentative with me On this company's receipt folder is stated "our policy is your complete satisfaction" She actually told me it didn't say that I contacted Todd Ulrich with WFTV Orlando to help me deal with this and he sent at least letters to the company with no response
