Delivered couch with wrong legsWon't send correct legs or reimburse for not having legs
I purchased a two piece sectionalUpon delivery, the delivery ment stated that the wrong legs were included with the sectional, and that I would need to contact customer service in order to get the correct legs ordered/deliveredI immediately contacted customer service, who then shipped out another set of the wrong legsOnce again, I called customer service, and they shipped me the wrong legs, for a total of three sets of incorrect legs

I had a positive experience in purchasing my furniture But products arrived damaged or missing parts
Customer service was not easy to deal with It took attempts to explain what was broken A tech came out to take pictures and still nothing was done Finally reached a supervisor who took care of everything

Rooms To Go is refusing to honor their commitment to exchange a Tempurpedic Adjustable bed frame
In November I made a major purchase of two Tempurpedic Twin XL adjustable bed bases along with two mattressesThe total cost was more than $I took delivery in late November and within two weeks started hearing a noticeable creaking noise on the upper part of one of the adjustable basesI could see no noticeable external defectThe noise occurred when it was raised or lowered and also from any pressure while moving on the mattress
I immediately called Rooms to Go customer service to schedule an appointment to have a service technician take a lookThe service technician arrived on 12/29/and confirmed verbally to me that the bed frame was defectiveHe took at least photos of the bed frame and told me he would direct customer service to schedule an exchange for a new bed frameHe said I should expect a call within business days

I am writing regarding what I have experienced as a "bait and switch" extended warranty sold by Rooms To Go
In November 2015, I purchased two matching Cindy Crawford sofa's from a Room's To Go "Black Friday Sale." At that time, I also purchased the offered fabric protection planA couple months later, I received a call from Rooms to Go offering to sell a three year extended warrantyThe Rooms to Go representative listed a very long list of all the features and benefits of everything the extended warranty coveredIncluded in this list were cushions holding their firmnessI remember specifically asking how the warranty would differentiate between that and "wear and tear"The Rooms to Go Representative said that for three years "wear and tear" was not considered under the warranty

I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress less than days agoThe bed in the show room was great, not firm not too softWe made our purchase and waited for the deliveryThe night of delivery and set up we both (my husband and I) noticed how stiff the bed wasWe decided given it was a new mattress to just give it a week or so accumulateA few weeks go by and finally this morning I have had enough and decided we were going by Rooms TOGO to see about exchanging it outWell, apparently Rooms TOGO does not offer any type "comfort" and or "customer service" policiesThe store manager was very happy to point that outThe man told it should "wear down" within days? Incorrect bed delivered, refusal to deliver correct product without more money

I waited two weeks for delivery of a mattress and the truck arrived two hours past the three hour window givenThe delivery men were both obviously in a hurry to leave They both complained when I told them the furniture needed to be carried upstairs Rude driver carried mattress by himself instead of waiting for helper and dropped mattress on soaking wet driveway in pouring down rain He did not aplologize, rather put his hands on his hips and said "well, what do you want to do?" Merchant is failing to honor the terms of the warranty that was purchased
