Went and looked at furniture, put a deposit of $down..call multiple times to get said deposit back...sales associate never calls back

I have waited days for couch cushions that I still have not received

Last straw with this horrible furniture company!!!! I understand mistakes and damage happen and can be especially tolerant when a company makes it right, but when it happens every time, over and over again, it's completely unacceptable!!! Long, painful story short:

of pieces (55%) of furniture arrived damaged and had to be replaced or repaired
unacceptable back order dates (months not weeks) with customer service saying "What do you want me to do about it?"
Damaged replacement furniture took weeks to arrive and pieces arrived damaged again and took weeks to deliver again
And the latest....Desk and chair set supposed to be delivered tomorrow between 10am-2pm I received a call today around noon that the furniture is back-ordered and cannot be del
