I'm very discouraged as we have paid so much for this set and it's still not the quality they promore and advertise! My complete leather living room is peeled with a use, and all leather is affected of a sofa and loveseat, the total cost was 2,including tables, one lamp and one tv, I heard from others costumers with the same problem, that a defective material was used on furniture and sold as a leather, and they have been dealing with many complaints, the agreement established a warranty for just one year, and I also include a protection plan that is also expired, a real leather is not suppose to peel leaving a fabric of different color exposed like my sofa and love seat, this started about one and a half year ago, but I decide to make the complaint now when I realized that the protection that I paid was useless

DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO, ESPECIALLY THE DALE MABRY TAMPA STOREThey delivered broken furniture and then refused a return
Don't just go off my review, look at all the other issues reported on other people reviews...Really look at each reviewEach one has a response saying they are so disappointed to hear of such issues, but the complaints go on and on for the same issues, if they cared they would do something about itThe sales people are nice, but they have to be that's how they make their living
RTG - How do you sleep at night when you know you treat your customers poorly?? Maybe we need to start contacting your spokespeople like Cindy and SofiaIf they receive enough complaints, maybe they will not want to be associate with you anymore either
