Review: On 9/**/13 I purchased a Queen size Headboard ,foot board and rails. They were never delivered. I also purchased a white Land scape Mirror and High Dresser which were delivered but they are damaged. They are to be replaced. I call the store every few weeks only to be told over and over again that they are waiting for a shipping date.Desired Settlement: If they are not going to deliver the furniture I want a refund.

Review: We purchased a bedroom set, mattress and box spring which was deilvered in September 2012. After a month, we noticed the mattress was sagging on both sides and in the middle. I contacted [redacted] the manager of the store, who said he could not do anything about it and to contact the mattress company. Called the mattress company who states the company was out of business and to contact the store where purchased. Contacted store and spoke to [redacted] again who said he would try to get a similiar mattress and to give him a couple of weeks. Well a couple of weeks went by and called again as did not hear from the manager. [redacted] states give him another two weeks to locate a mattress. A mattress was finally delivered and it was not similiar to the one we had originally. It was a pillow-top which the original was not, and we specifically told [redacted] no pillow-top. The sheets did not fit this mattress due to it being a pillow-top. The mattress when delivered was also dirty as it appeared it had dropped off the delivery truck or dragged in the mud. We told the delivery man who states he will let the store know that we did not have a pillow-top and it was dirty. Had this mattress for a couple of months and this mattress also started sagging. Did not hear from the store for a couple of weeks, called the store again and each time the woman answering would first ask who was calling and then would either say [redacted] was busy or he was not there and he would call us back. No calls from the manager. Waited another couple of weeks and called again the same thing. No further attempts from the manager has been made from this store. This has been an ongoing issue since we bought this mattres.s and box spring. The two mattresses have bothered our backs and is not healthy for us. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: Refund as seems like we are getting the run around and cannot keep playing this waiting game that we were so patiently doing.

Review: This is the most dysfunctional business I have ever dealt with twice in my life, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and mistakenly shopped there twice.Furniture always delivered with damages and/or not full pieces. My sofa is 4 months old and is falling apart. I cant get any answers or any one to tell me the truth or help me correct issues. Its sad to say but the staff is a bunch of well trained liars. They take your money, make promises,get the sale and then want nothing further to do with you and if there is a problem, which there is a 99.9% chance there will be,They give you run around,delay things,don't call back and straight out lie. I need my sofa replaced , its is falling apart,material is wearing,pillows are sagging. back piece to frame broken. The consumer called to state three things: 1) two holes on the sofa. 2) not enough filling on one area 3) back was loose. We sent our tech to inspect the furniture and he took photos for the factory as well. The back of the sofa needed adjustment which was completed to the consumers satisfaction. The photos of the holes on the sofa were sent to the manufacturer to determine if they would correct it. The manufacturer determined that the holes were customer cause and would not cover it. The holes were not there when the furniture was delivered and this is now four months later. They denied her claim. The fill the consumer states she needs on the arm of the sofa is available and our service tech is ready willing and able to fill that for her. the consumer stated yesterday that she would just add some fill herself since the arm zippers off. I believe this consumer is now satisfied. if you should have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Review: Purchased a synthetic sofa set May of 2010. The sofas synthetic leather is peeling off the sofa at an alarming rate , called the company and the representative stated it was not their problem. While investigating online I have seen that many other people are experiencing the same issue. After 2 and half years the sofa should be be simply falling apart , when purchased the salesman promised at least 10 years of service from this product. The salesman misrepresented this product as being superior to leather and will be easier to care for and is a stronger material. The company refuses to address or acknowledge problem or make even the slightest attempt to assist me. The purchase price for this sofa set was over $1700 and now a little over 2 years later the sofa is deteriorating beyond repair.Desired Settlement: Would like to be refunded for this merchandise as it is an inferior product and in no way even equal or superior to a leather product. Would like to company to stand by their product and make right with the inferior product they have sold me.

Our furniture is guaranteed to be free of structural defects as displayed in our showrooms. We will repair any defects and restore the merchandise to factory specifications in the customer's home or in our shop, for up to one year, from date of delivery. This is clearly stated on the cusotmers copy of the contract that was signed. The furniture this consumer has purchased seems to be AShely Furniture which also has a one year warranty and is stated on their warranty papaers as well that are attached to the sofa set. This furniture is from 2010. This does not fall under the manufacturer warranty. If this consumer would like to speak with [redacted] direct, we would be more than happy to assist with a contact number.

Review: My husband and I purchased a couch on June **, 2014. We were told it would take 3 weeks for delivery, however, their warehouse would be closed for the week of July * so it would take 4 weeks. After the 4th week I called and was told its not in yet. A couple days later my husband called and was told we would have it within the week. After that week I called and was told August *. August * I called and continue to get the run-around. My husband went to the store on August * at 5:02pm, asked to speak to a manager and was told they all left for the day. August * will be 6 weeks. We want our money back. The store told us no because the couch is a special order. All their furniture is a special order.Desired Settlement: We want our money back; $1,520.75.

One of the items on the order was backordered from the manufacturer. The consumer was well aware of this. My complaint still has not been completely resolved. Most of my furniture was delivered last night, Friday, August ** at 9:15pm. My husband and I were told by the delivery man that the ottoman is on backorder. So we don't have the ottoman yet. No one in management told us the ottoman was on back order. We first heard this news from the delivery man.

Review: I purchased a children's bedroom set in early December that was a floor sample with a mismatched head and footboard. I was willing to take the set without the bed and was promised by the Manager of Room's Unlimited, [redacted], when delivered I would have a matching headboard and footboard. He guaranteed me there was one in the warehouse, that he would personally ensure it. On delievery, the set was not matching, I called the [redacted] and was told they have one in the warehouse and would deliever the correct head board on Monday. I was then blown off with muliple phone calls to the point I had to go to the store to reach the [redacted]. I was then given a cell phone to speak to him, even though he was in the warehouse on site. At that point, a month after the purchase of the furniture, I was told that they do not have the correct head board after all and I got a still got a "great deal" on the furniture, so I should be happy, and if I wanted they could come and take all the furniture back and refund me. Mind you, I have been waiting for a credit/refund from over a month ago that I still have not recieved back to my credit card. Again [redacted] has promised me he will take care of this, and not to worry. I am doubtful I will ever see the refund after some of the complaints I read. This store from the moment I walked in gave me different prices in delievery charges and prices of furniture. Very few things are in writing. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Lots of promises with no follow through, and no way to make a formal complaint. I hope this spares others in the future. This place should be shut down or management should be changed ASAP.Desired Settlement: I would like my VISA card to be credited from a month ago and I would like a written apology for not delivering the correct headboard as promised. Preferably for a change in management for future customers sake.

WE DID OFFER TO PICK UP THE SET AND REFUND THE CONSUMERS MONIES. WE WANT TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT BY THE CONSUMER. THE CONSUMER HAS DECIDED TO KEEP THE SET AS IS . Review: I purchased a chaise and sofa on June *, 2014, paid in full. I was given a 4-6 week delivery window, I received it August **. I was promised a refund on delivery charges after 8 weeks and then a promise to match a price I found online the next week. I was also guaranteed on 3 different occasions a delivery date. The store never initiated a call to tell me the status of the furniture. I called weekly after the 5th week. On Friday August *, 2014,the [redacted], Fred took my Credit card # to refund the $150 that they promised. I called three more times after that and no management was available. I was told previously that they do not keep cc#'s that's why they didn't have it from when I purchase the furniture. It has been 6 business days since I gave my card # and a refund still has not been issued or a follow up call that was promised by two different people.Desired Settlement: At the least the $150 promised. I would also like refund of interest on the $927.66 that I paid in full and compensation for the time I had to take to initiate the calls and take off to meet the delivery.

Review: Ordered Furniture, Bedroom Financed, Co. could not finance LR. Bedroom financed and paid off in 10 months. LR placed on Layaway. Payments made towards LR. Got sick and was not able to come in due to the affects of Lyme and recovery over a couple of years. Came back in to make payment. Co. refused to take payment said they don't know if they have the furniture anymore. Now they are telling me it would have been ordered and stored and I would owe storage fee if they would have kept the furniture and that I owe them storage fees. Meanwhile I never received any phone call or message from the company to tell me my furniture has arrived and I would need to pay storage fees beginning any certain date, or I would have gotten help to get the furniture paid in full.

Therefore, I got sick, and had no knowledge of my furniture arriving and accruing storage charges. My phone number has never changed from the phone number left on the invoice with the company. Now they are telling me the money I gave them ($1600) has gone to storage fees. Once again, I never knew the furniture arrived and /or was accruing storage charges. I asked for verification of the fact, and [redacted] the customer service agent told me they will not pay someone to look for the paperwork and I need to take responsibility. I stated how can you verify it was ordered and stored, I had no notification of such occuring, and she said that she knows it would have been and they will not pay someone to look for the paperwork and I can give her $200 to pay a worker to recover the documents.

Even if it was ordered and stored, should have I received notification of such? She says I must have, but I did not. She said it is my responsibility, but how was I supposed to know the furniture arrived and I would owe storage if no one told me this?Desired Settlement: Dollar amount refunded in the amount given cash $1600 or furniture to replace what was wrongfully lost due to lack of communication equivalent to the amount given in cash $1600
