I was contact by [redacted] ***, in reference to an incorrect bill from TelcomI informed Mr***, that I didn't mind paying the bill but I would like a copy of the bill sent to my addressI also asked for a copy of the adjustments to show that they were no longer charging me for the equipment, because the equipment was turned in to the rental officeI did inform Mr***, that a representative from Telcom told me to turn the equipment inI informed Mr***, that once I received this bill I will gladly pay the money that I owe TelcomMr [redacted] ***, told me he couldn't send me a copy, and that I should basically just take his word that they wouldn't charge me or come after me for the equipmentI told him no thanks I need a copy sent to the address that they have on fileI guess asking for documentation made Mr [redacted] ***, upset because he told me he would just say I refused to pay and report that to the credit reporting agency and then he hung up on me
