One of our springs broke 3 days after Christmas. We called at 10:00am, and Stan just left our house at 2:00pm with the job complete. He was friendly, professional, and offered several suggestions regarding our garage door. Our opener and cables are 20 years old, and will need replacement soon. However, Stan didn't pressure to do it today, but rather just told us to give him a call if either one eventually packed it in. We will definitely call A1 again when the need arises. He had to leave a message on my phone we weren't home, but the next morning he called, booked an appoint to come and see my garage door problems. He returned the following evening with all the correct parts and finished the job. He was very detailed and a pleasure to work with, I would strongly recommend A1 Overhead Door Services to anyone!

He offered a quote for repair and returned the the next day to do the work, as he said he would do. He worked into the evening and in our opinion, went over and above to meet our needs. I contacted Don from A1 overhead door services early this morning via the Revdex.com site. He responded quickly, gave me his cell # and a cost quote based on what we thought was the problem. When I called, he said he could come over in 2 hours. He arrived promptly, fixed the problem and also tightened some screws on the door that had come loose. He acted in a friendly professional manner. The door is fixed for the price he quoted. I would certainly recommend Don to anyone who needs a garage door repair.
Don replaced one of our garage door openers very quickly and the service was great. When the other garage door opener stopped working, I called Don. Again the service was great and he replaced it the day after I called (takes a day for the opener to come in). As well, Don made a mistake on the bill and overcharged me. I wouldn't have known but he called and told me about the overcharge and fixed it. Very impressive!

He was able to come by only a few hours later, had what I needed in stock, and completed the replacement efficiently and with great quality. Our home is 23 years old, so I inquired about how soon he would recommend that we replace our door and opener, and he was very honest and said we shouldn't worry about it until the opener breaks down. We needed our garage door fixed and after searching the internet I found that A1 overhead garage doors had the greatest comments, I called Don right away and he made sure his guy's came over at the end of their day to inspect our garage door and they found the spring was broken, I told the guy's that I we would be ok until Monday. Don came over himself and replaced the spring on our garage door and checked everything over before leaving. Don did a great job and was very honest with his findings. I would hire this company again in a heart beat! My garage door broke after business hours, with my car stuck inside. Don was there within an hour to assess the situation and get my vehicle out. Within a day, he was back with the parts required to fix the door. I found him to be punctual, accommodating and very competitive price wise.

When he inspected the door set up he quickly made some small adjustments and the door functioned normally. Don explained to me what the issue was and because it was minor he simply did not take any payment!
