As a widowed mother, pulling into an auto repair shop is a scary ordeal I really do not know anything about car engines, so if I was told I needed repairs, I would have to pray that I wasn't being ripped off Roosevelt Bridge Tire & Auto has proven time and again that they are completely trustworthy
I took my old car there and they told me everything that was wrong with it It was pretty much falling apart I took it to another shop that told me the same thing I traded it in for a "new" used car that has scheduled service milestones I took the car to Roosevelt for the service and an oil change I expected to pick up the car and pay several hundred dollars for new belts and whatever else it might need, but when I got the bill, there were no additional expenses I was told everything was fine and nothing needed replaced I couldn't believe it! That was so honest Without a husband to tell me what was really wrong anymore, I felt so vulnerable and scared to death I would have to pay a fortune, but these guys honestly took care of me and my car, and they will never know how much I appreciated it
A couple of months later, a light came on related to the gas tank I drove it right over They looked the car over and said I probably didn't put on the gas cap tight enough They reset the light and it has not come on since This was yet another opportunity that they could have charged me a fortune and didn't
I would recommend Roosevelt Tire and Auto to anyone
