Review: On 4/**/14- [redacted] cell number ###-###-####, did concrete work on my sidewalk and driveway. He removed the old concrete and installed new. The total job, labor and material cost $2,600. However, less than a year later, there is several cracks in the cement.I called kalem to make him aware, he states he will stop by but hasn't make any additional attempts to follow-up with me. I left several messages for him but didn't get a response. I also sent him a text asking him to respond.[redacted] claims to be fully insured and licensed. The LIC# [redacted] on cardDesired Settlement: I would be willing to accept a refund or a replacement of the entire job. I had another specialist look at the concrete and was told they used too much water in the cement mixture which caused the cracking.

Both times I spoke with [redacted] he rushed me off the phone, he tried to make an excuse that it wasn't his fault it was the cement people's issue.
