As we are still getting emails about this complaint when it was resolved via phone last summer, we are responding here. The situation was addressed, as far as I was concerned it was rectified, we do not ever not respond to complaints in house. Due to your processes and thoughts that you could...

control what a business does in-house and not take our word for our resolutions being completed.As per [redacted]'s initial complaint, "We purchased 2 yards of loam to be delivered to [redacted]. When we ordered it I indicated we needed 20' x 100' x 4". We were told that 2 yards would suffice. It was delivered and we realized that it was not 2 yards. I asked 2 different contractors to look a the pile and they both said it was not 2 yards. I am following up with the Revdex.com to let consumers know the Roosevelt Landscaping did not deliver what's paid for." A response email sent on May 23, 2017: "I am sorry you feel we did not deliver what was promised. The owner of the company is the person who loads and does the majority of deliveries that come through the door, and he is certain we did deliver what you asked and paid for. We have a manufactured measured bucket on our loader that is marked as one cubic yard, two scoops with that is two yards. You are welcome to come to the nursery and inspect it and meet with the owner to confirm with your own eyes.To adequately cover the area to the depth indicated, you would need approximately 24 1/2 yards, so there was apparently an error on the part of whoever did the calculations to determine how much material you needed. If it was us, we apologize, we have new staff that occasionally makes errors. The maximum load we can carry at once in a trip is 7 yards; we would be more than happy to deliver you additional yardage at no extra cost for delivery for the first load, if you are still looking for an additional 22 1/2 yards of loam. It would take three additional delivery trips to get you all you were looking for, for which we would charge delivery on two.Please feel free to call us if you have any further questions."There were phone calls and conversations with Ms. [redacted] in the following days, she was encouraged to come in and inspect our load bucket and speak with the owner. We apologized for the error in calculations, feel we offered a fair resolution to her complaint and treated her honestly. The fact we mis-calculated the amount of loam for the measurements she gave us is irrelevant; we delivered what she ordered and nothing less.Please ensure that this is posted that we have answered this complaint, it has been rectified, adjust our rating as necessary to show us you are keeping up with your end of the deal.We anticipate seeing this entire comment as a response to the complaint or on our page on your website. Please correct our rating.We have been in business for over 40 years, this is the first complaint we've ever had go to the Revdex.com. We have an excellent track record. Everybody is too quick to go online and slam somebody, especially when there is no other complaint history. We are not a member, don't want to be a member because of the way you do business, some is unethical. Your process does not serve the business community well.
