To whom it may concern:I am sorry you did not get my fax I did reply to this last week and will be happy to re-fax. My name is Steve H and I am the General manger of the Roosters located in pickerington At this point I have not talked to *** *** and I only know the MOD
side of incident If I understand it correctly: *** placed an ordered over the phone that we made a mistake on *** returned to the resturant after speaking to the MOD and the order was still not to her liking At that point the conversation turned to yelling and the manager ended the conversation I feel we made a mistakes or at least a miscommunication on her order that exacerbated the situation and I am very sorry for that...I am a strong believer in good customer service and want nothing more than to resolve this issue I would love to speak with *** I want to fix not only her issue but also have her help me prevent anything like this happening in the future I fortunately have no experiences with the Revdex.com...this is the first time ever dealing with somethig like this So I am not sure if I'm to contact *** or if she is to contact us???*** ***
