We want to first apologize for not being clearer up front in our communications with youWe can't offer retests, so because of that we try to let people know upfront that if they're doing something out of the ordinary, like going on vacation, it might be best to wait to take the test driveIt appears that wasn't clear to you from the start, so we're looking into ways to better communicate that point to othersUnfortunately, we can't let you take the test againBeyond even going against company policy, doing so opens up all sorts of potential problems with regard to insurance fraud and manipulationWe don't believe for one minute that you would do that, but there are a lot of people out there who mightWe hope you understandCould we, at the very least, send you some free Lyft codes to make up for the hassle? All these emails prove their application is bogus!!! They tell you to drive for about -weeks while the app test your driving then after that you will get a quoteThe thing is I never got a quote these pathetic people wasted my timeI could have shopping for other call insurance instead of fooling around with themOn September 27,the app went back to 1-days left of driving after I had been waiting for days to get a quote and the app said I was doneIt never gave me a quote

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

This individuals phone shows to have only tracked 63% of his total travel.  This could be caused by the individual running out of battery on his phone while driving, turning off the phone completely while driving, or frequently losing contact with GPS satellites while driving.  As stated...

in the app, it takes a few weeks to get a quote.  This individual is showing to have tracked trips for a total of 24 days.  With 63% of the data being tracked, we require a total of 28 days of observation before we quote.  This ensures that we are only giving quotes to those individuals who are truly good drivers.  By confirming this, we are able to keep costs low and make sure we get our customers the best possible rates. We understand that this process can take longer for some individuals and circumstances and are working hard to always try to find ways to decrease the amount of data we need to determine that someone is a safe driver.  The good news for this particular customer is that they are on track to receive a significant discount on the insurance.  It just takes a little more time.
