I am rejecting this response because: The first mattress set ...said zero cost for the five inch box springsat the time I was purchasing the second mattressMr*** had me pay the remaining money owed on old acct and it was thirty some dollarshe said he was crediting me the monies paid from old first mattress to the new mattressand I paid the thirty dollars left owing to clear the acctnow I owe on this newer mattress .....to be free and clear and they have come up with a still owing from first mattressI paid fifty dollars a monthin what would have been our 53rd anniversary yearwe never had to return a mattress box springs set because they were garbageI have learned the low quality of product that ***s Furniture carries from this transaction....he said you know if its made on a Friday or on a Mondaydoesn't fly with meI just want to be able to pay this acct off in July and be done free and clear from ***s FurnitureI don't own one dime on first mattressif you look carefully at the documents he showsit said so much for the mattress but zero for the box springsthis is not a good reputable storeapparentlyI have purchased a washer dryer for cash and a recliner for cash but I wont shop in their store anymore because of the poor quality of their bed and how he wants to cheat me by charging me a more for an old dumpy mattress I also had paid down on the first oneand then at the end with a different mattresshe charged me thirty some dollars to close out the first contractPlease stop this fraud and make it paid in full of when I pay in July
