Ms [redacted] s issues has been resolvedShe had no mold in her bathroom, installation installed and Pest control did not see any activity but will continue to spray as resident has requested to be sprayed twice a month.

We were lied to about what needed to be done to fix our plumbing.as On Monday May 28, I was doing a load of laundry and the water began backing up into the shower in our master bathroomAbout minutes later, we discovered that our toilets weren't flushing, and neither the shower nor the bathtub were drainingWe then called our home warranty company, and they put in a work order to Rooter KingOn Tuesday morning I spoke with a Rooter King employee, and they let me know someone would be out that afternoon to address our problem [redacted] arrived to our house with another employeeI explained to [redacted] that it seemed that our plumbing was not workingWe had not attempted to use any plumbing in hours [redacted] took a look at our hall bathroom bath tub, and saw lint, dirt, etc..that was backed up into the tub and immediately said we had a problem with our main lineI am a year old female with little to no knowledge about plumbing, so I asked him if the main line problem was very s

Worst company ever! I would never use them again if they were the last company standingVery unprofessional staff who had a heated argument with a home ownerEnded up cursing the home owner out and leavingThe job was never completed, however they did charge a feeNot only did they not complete the job, they left the home and continued to call the home warranty company stating that the home owner was demanding a new water heater unit when in fact all that was asked was to fix itAbsolute worst company everTerrible staff, not professional, and management is not professional eitherInstead of listening to the homeowner, the manager simply started to argue himselfThey should shut this business down and revoke the licenseIt is absolutely frightening to have a company like this come out to your homeYou do not know what to expect and to be so vulgar and rude is not acceptableThey get paid to do a job, and to take money and not complete the work is wrongEach home warranty company should look at the reviews of the business prior to recommending them out to the buyerTERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

I have used the service several times and their work is exceptional! I was highly pleased with the customer service I receivedThey do diligent work and they made sure the area was cleaned up when the job was completedI will continue to use this service and recommend others do the same

We had Rooter King come out after filing a claim with our 2-Homebuyers Warranty for a fractured drain pipe that started leaking several weeks after purchasing a homeThe pipe is located behind drywall between our kitchen and bathroom, and we are currently renovating the kitchen (NOT due to water damage as was falsely reported to the warranty company, but because it was outdated)This allowed us to identify the location of the fracture, fortunately*** came out, and was friendly enough, and concluded that drilling into the concrete would need to be done to repair the pipe as the fracture likely extended into the concreteAll seemed fine, I was told by *** that the warranty would only cover up to $in repairs, but that he suspected that would be enoughWe scheduled service for the following morningHowever, shortly after he left,

Repairman showed up and refused to do work he was authorized to do unless I would pay for additional work not needed that I had to pay for
Repairman showed up to replace water heater and refused to do so unless I paid for new valves and connections that were not neededHe was paid thru American Home Shield to install new water heaterI am a retired pipefitter who knows piping and what needs to be replaced and what doesn'tI feel this was an attempt to make extra money off an unsuspecting customer that under ordinary circumstances would not know what he was talking about

I'm overseas in South Korea and When my tenant messaged me the water heater was out I immediately filed a claim with my AHS WarrantyMy tennant had an appointment with RKPHC in less thanhours however, it was not for another daysThis was bad since my tenant lives with his girlfriend who has a baby girlThere was no way I wanted him having to bathe her in cold waterI called RKPHC and actually talked to the owner ***, I explained my concerns and he said don't worry I'll handle itHe had a tech show up within an hour and fixed the issueFrom my tenant contacting me in Korea, to filing my claim, and finally RKPHC showing up and fixing the issue it was all less thanhours! That is A+ ServiceTHANK You RKPHC

Our experience with Rooter Kings has been very good They originally came out for an insurance claim repairThe technician came out on Super Bowl Sunday and there was no emergency call charge So we called them again on a Sunday and the technician, *** stayed twice as long as he had expected until we were able to turn on the water on for the originally quoted price We had to call him back the next day because his first repair exposed extremely high pressure from city water and he was able to replace another faulty valve
We had been using another plumbing company for about years and service had gone down We are glad to have a new plumbing company We will be requesting *** again

Terrible experienceI got them through my insurance company, RK heating and plumbing, but when they showed up on a recall it was Rooter KingI had the same stoppage problem weeks earlier in the only bathroomThey called the insurance co and said it was a different issue, it was notThis requires another $deductibleThen they proceeded to tell insurance company the only way to clear the stoppage is to access on the roof as we have no cleanoutThere is a cleanout on the side of the building and they cleared the stoppage the first time insideDue to this new explanation the insurance company will not pay and I am now left to decide if I want to clear the blockage that way but it will be an additional $They were on the roof minutes according to my tenant and they leftBtw, I was required over the phone to pay before they did the work I was told it was cleared but that there were roots and that would need to be addressedI asked but they can use the facilities in the bathroom until I can address root concernsHe assured me yes I sent a text to the tenants telling them to be conservative on water use The next text I get back is they flushed the toilet and it backed up immediatelyI tried to contact Rooter King immediately by text and phone to no availThe tenants went the weekend with this nightmareI will not be charging rent due to this situationI got another company out who unclogged it immediately and charged 1/of the priceDidn't need to go onthe roofThey gave me a warranty
