Rooter Town Plumbers

On Sunday we had a backup in our basementWe didn't know who to call so we called Rooter Town and they came out, they advised us we did not have a blockageThey scheduled to come out the next morning and found that some of the original piping from was clasped under our house and in our front yardWithin an hour they were fixing the problem for usThe total days to complete the job was and we never went without waterThey are amazing, Yes is the work expensive, but they did a great job and was well worth every penny

Called them in the morning just for routine pipe cleaning due to tree roots, a man came out by the name of Matt, told me he recommends that he goes through the upper floor bathtub too, ( an extra $95.00) I figured hes the plumber and he knows what he's talking about. Within 10 minutes he comes to me and says we have a problem,He had to go through the overflow pipe in my tub and the pipe fell in the wall. My bathtub is a handicap bathtub and only 2 years old. He then proceeded to tell me he can cut through the ceiling of my basement and fix the pipe., for an extra $200.00. I asked if he would patch the hole and he said no. Needless to say I said no and my husband will be home soon. As soon as I mentioned my husband he hurried to snake the main pipe. 15 minutes later he told me he couldn't get all the way through to the street and he can bring in a camera for another $195 to see what the problem was. Again I said no. I thought he was going to try to fix my bathtub but he just left it. I called to make a complaint and the secretary said she will pass my complaint off to the manager and they will call me right back. Never heard anything. Luckily my husband is very handy and he fixed it without cutting into my ceiling. So basically I gave them $95 to come to my house, break my tub and have my husband work on it for 2 hours after he worked all day.
Wish there was an option to give no stars. Will never call them again.
