To whom it may concern. 95.00 is not an appropriate refund given the damages caused. There was NO CLOG in the main line and the handyman had to come out and replace an interior drain line that was full of rocks.  The total out of my pocket after Rooterman was there was an additional 363.00. There is to the best of my knowledge a bill coming from the town for additional money. 793.00 in costs 363.00 above rooter mans 430.00 for not fixing anything, breaking something and leaving a mess? I really think the offer of 95.00 is an absolutely insult. The services rooter-man performed was only worth 150.00 at the most.   Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern:I have stated time and time again that people have off days. I don’t care what other people’s experiences with [redacted] has been, I am telling you what mine was. The fact that I have heard about how great [redacted] is over and over from [redacted] and now in response to this complaint, makes me believe that they are covering something up? I mean how many times can you sing [redacted] praise and ignore the fact that you have an unhappy customer? Oh but he is so great that the customers complaint means nothing?[redacted] went to the main residence that is located on the property and spoke with my Brother in Law [redacted] who was at home. [redacted] had been there about 45 minutes, and told [redacted] that it was “definitely a clog”. Based on the conversation [redacted] had with [redacted] he was under the impression he had used a camera to determine this already. Otherwise, he did the same thing we did to try to figure out the problem which was to turn water on and go OH NO ITS CLOGGED! This means he flooded the floor again to determine what we already knew! I’m not sure that takes 45 minutes, because it took us 5 at the most to determine that the night before? Thus the reason we called a “professional”.He asked if he should snake the line. My brother in law told him to go ahead. I received a phone call later from [redacted] (using [redacted]’s phone why he doesn’t have one of his own is beyond me- it’s a pre-paid cell and I haven’t said a thing about it yet but seriously?) telling me he was at 75 feet and needed to attach another snake. There was a cost of 140.00 involved and he needed my approval. In their response she states that [redacted] was called weak. That is ridiculous. During the aforementioned phone conversation, I asked [redacted] why it cost so much? I have worked with numerous trades, and they generally realize that I don’t know everything and are HAPPY to explain the reasons/procedures in ways that I understand so I can make an informed decision. [redacted] seemed rather annoyed that I asked. When I pressed him on why it would cost that much to bring in a snake (because I am thinking little plumbing snake not realizing we were discussing a motorized piece of equipment) he snapped at me “If you’d like to come carry this 200lb drum in I will waive the fee”. I informed him that “being a smartass was not going to get him anywhere with me”. I don’t equate that to calling him weak, but I will own calling him a [redacted] because that is the tone, and attitude he was giving off at this time. Now this is a professional, who looking at the building should have been able to determine that 75 feet was quite a ways considering the proximity of the building to the road. (I have attached photos) He should have realized that maybe the main lines were cleared by this point. However, I gave him the go ahead because [redacted] sounded sure it was a clog, and that he could clear it. NEVER ONCE did he say he had not used a camera or ask if I wanted one used. NOT ONE TIME!Later [redacted] called and pronounced the line collapsed. He went 85-90 feet in and was stuck.Again, I left work, went to the town water department to get a map of the lines. They came out. They called out [redacted] who ran a camera down the drain 67.7 feet before hitting the main line and everything was running just fine.  I have requested any documentation they can provide. The town was unhappy with spending HALF A DAY looking for this “non-existent collapsed line”.The toilet has a crack in it that was NOT present when we moved it the night before. Had it been I am sure that the tenant would have been complaining because the crack would have allowed the tank to leak and the tenant would have sat on a wet toilet! I have attached photos. The toilet was CLEAN when we moved it. It was not when I arrived and I know the 82 year old woman did NOT make that mess she can barely move (never mind go up a step to get into the area it was located) and she was the only one home that day.The walls you can see from the images were covered in crap. It was STINKY. The floors were covered in [redacted] boot prints however those pictures weren’t very clear so you may take that however you’d like. I have attached photos of the toilet, the building, the walls. I am sorry that [redacted] had a bad day but taking it out on customers is not professional. Leaving this mess is not professional. Sending everyone on a wild goose chase is not professional. Misleading the customer is NOT professional. They can keep  95.00 and refund the balance per my request.
