Review: I mhad went to the roots of mankind to get some assistance with buying a house. Me and my fiance had taken the first time home buyers class is March 1st.[redacted] did the class and it was supposed to be an 8 hour class. me and my fiance went up there on March 1st @ 930. [redacted] was not in so we decided to wait about an hour and a half. We decided to leave at about 11 10 minutes after we left [redacted] called my fiance and he said he was in the office he was sorry he was running late. The first time booth which was about an hour and a half he taught us about certain things with buying a house and then we went to lunch break around about 130 he had discussed with us the second half of the class the same thing he discussed with us the first half of the class only difference was there was one other occupants in the closet the other lady was there so because first of all wasn't and I wasn't paying for that class and he didn't really go over anything he didn't discuss anything so we should will get more information we said when we finish this last we got our we got our and he said oh okay well come on I have the credit check yours let's go so we went early two days ago and your sis we going to go over their credit check that he did for us and we were supposed to go over a couple other things what was the next move so I call him and tell him we're on the way he goes well I forgot that you got I didn't know that you guys were definitely coming so I don't have the information here so me and my fiance had taken him to his house this is the second time we had taken him to his house to pick up information that he needed far as well we had already scheduled appointments we paid our money I have seen a notice on the door for him being kicked out of the building I don't know but did he the next day after I see that he give me a call when you told me to come in and we can schedule an appointment to come in on keeping him the money that he did and he gives me the runaround its a long time.Desired Settlement: honestly I just want him to do a job or pass me to the next person
