I dropped of my watch 40 days ago because it got some water inside. I was then informed it needed a new crown. I agreed to the repair and was advised the part was back ordered. Well I have ordered parts from around the world and never had it take over 4 weeks to receive them. I have called many times over the past few weeks to here the same story, "The parts are on back order". I will be picking up my watch Tuesday and taking it somewhere else and will never do business here again.
