6/9=Mr. [redacted] called; the heat pump is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not his business's. The customer's complaint is with the manufacturer. However, Mr. [redacted] is pursuing the matter with the manufacturer's supplier on the customer's behalf because he believes in good customer service. The parts the customer received from the manufacturer did not work. Mr. [redacted] has been in touch with the manufacturer's supplier a number of times, including today, for an answer. Mr. [redacted] understands and shares the customer's frustration with the situation. That is why he has made it his business to pursue this matter. His customer deserves better customer service from the manufacturer and supplier. He hopes to have a resolution for the customer in the near future.
Mr. [redacted] does live next door to a house that we are installing an in ground pool. Unfortunately we had a few days of extremely heavy down pours resulting in some debris getting in Mr. [redacted]'s pool. Because of the heavy rain it was unavoidable. But because of the inconvenience we gave Mr....
