This seems to be a typical case of tenants not wanting to pay for damages done to the property they lived-in for 12 months. Tenant is trying to scam the system in to getting back more of the Security Deposit that she ought.
I am not the owner of the property, but the Listing Agent. The Landlord also hires me to do the Deposit Disposition Report for when Tenants [redacted]te the property, which consists in a very detailed report describing all the findings according to the property current status. All the right procedures were followed in a timely manner as is specified by the signed lease and the Texas Property Code. I don't care too much about the $100.  I spent time creating this complaint to add to her poor reviews and to flag her to you all as a practitioner of unlawful real estate. There are way too many loopholes in this imaginary landlord that she talks about, stories of the probably of theft from previous tenants and just basic dishonesty in what she lists as selling compared to what she delivers.  I'm asking that you spend some time checking into the real [redacted] and the person that she is hiding.  I've never worked with a real estate agent / landlord who has no online contact or office for me to view their visible legal documents which must be properly and visibly displayed.

Beware this property and the slumlord Rosa and her son Federico. She will make up reasons to keep your deposit on move-out.

I am reporting them to the Attorney General.

She and her son truly is running some kind of racket here.
