We have reached a resolution to this complaint by communicating by email and telephone We will be mailing out a payment for $ [redacted] on 7/28/ to resolve the issue

We have made multiple attempts to reach [redacted] Today she returned my call and we are trying to reach a reasonable dollar amount to settle the dispute on two pair of lady's sandals that she has been unable to locateWe have made multiple walk through's with the customer a corrected/repaired items that were not in the original scope of work to be performedIt has been three months we completed this job and are willing to try to resolve the missing sandals problemWe quote our pricing on our construction services based on a cash price as we have not calculated any fee's associated with credit card processingWe no longer accept credit cards
