Just wanted to commend and thank Rosado and Sons for the excellent job clearing snow the past few weeks. Very professional and courteous, and timely. And I dont want miss commending them for their excellent landscaping and gardening during nicer weather. Stonegate should be very pleased with Rosado's performance.

Service not performed as requested or in accordance with contract. Also, deposit not reflected in billing for service.Walked property w/rep [redacted]. Told him what my expectations were for removal of leaves & downed branches from entire property. 1st quote was on Apr3. Spoke w/[redacted] to confirm that item1 on quote covered removal, and item3 covered both wall brush & brush pile removal. Was assured removal of leaves & downed branches were covered, but determined brush pile was not incl w/wall brush cleanup. They resubmitted quote Apr5 to include brush pile separately. Apr16 I emld [redacted] that I decided to only have Item1 ($550 for leaf & branch removeal), and Item2 ($500 for sump pump drain burial) from the contract. I sent amended contract and deposit of $250 on Apr 17. Ck was cashed on 4/22. I emld to ask when work would be scheduled, because I wanted to be present when the work was done. No response recvd. Work was done Apr 30 when I was not home. I found they had not done entire property, and leaves/branches were blown/pushed up against stone wall, causing a bigger mess than it already was. They were supposed to remove leaves & branches, and there were a couple sections of the property that were not even touched. Notified [redacted] by eml on May3 1:45pm to [redacted] (don't know what happened to [redacted]), that I was not happy with the way the job had been done, and I wanted them to rectify the issue before they started item2. No response by eml or phone on [redacted]3. Recvd their bill on [redacted]4 for full $550. It did not reflect the $250 I had already paid, and I will be deducting that amount from my paymt, as well as an addl 10pct.Desired SettlementI want them to finish the job properly regarding the leaves & branches item1 on the contract. I want them to cancel item2 from the contract because I do not trust them now to perform the job professionally. Thank you.Business' Initial Response This customer contacted our office for a spring clean up. We do 100's to 1,000's of these a year and in some cases where properties are bordered by woods the leaves are blown along with any small sticks into the woods. This customer called to complain about the fact that we blew the leaves into the woods. Her grass and lawn areas were free of debris and the job done to our company standards. As a gesture of good faith in trying to keep the customer happy we credited the invoice -$100.00. We found this to be a fair resolution to her complaint and feel we have done a satisfactory job and confident in our work done. Unfortunately the customer does not. Rosado and Sons Landscaping Inc.Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I am not completely satisfied. I maintain that they did not do what I asked them to do with the leaves and branches. I am not the kind of person who makes complaints, but this issue and their lack of respect in handling it really angered me. They have provided the credit, and I will send my final payment. In my opinion they are either totally clueless on how to work with a customer, or worse not to be trusted. Business' Final Response Although we are not in agreement with this customer, we have credited her the requested amount in order to satisfy her. We understand that in some cases some people cannot be completely satisfied. We are hoping that this customer will be finally satisfied. Our office still stands by our work. Rosado and Sons Inc.
